Position: Relationship Manager (Assets)

Qualification: MBA, M.Com, Masters in Banking and/or Finance or any equivalent degree from HEC recognized Pakistani or reputed foreign universities.

Experience: At least four (04) years experience in Banking/Financial institution in Commercial/SME lending. Marketing/handling of trade shall be an added advantage.

Age: Preferably less than 40 years as on May 31,2015.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

•    Ability to manage and enhance the existing Commercial/SME loan portfolio and solicit new relationships in order to meet the defined business targets;

•    Ability to analyze financial statements, preparation of credit application, documentation & post-sanction monitoring through periodic account review;

•    Knowledge of trade and assessment of credit risk;

•    Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

Location: All over Pakistan.

Position: Team Leader (Assets, SME, Commercial & Agriculture) Qualification: MBA, M.Com, Masters in Banking and/or Finance or any equivalent degree from HEC recognized Pakistani or reputed foreign universities.

Experience: At least three (03) years experience in Banking/Financial institution in Commercial/SME lending. Marketing/handling of trade shall be an added advantage.

Age: Preferably less than 38 years as on May 31,2015.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

•    Ability to evaluate & review credit proposals (Commercial) which have been originated from the branches in respective region;

•    To ensure that processing is in compliance with bank’s credit policies and with guidelines as set forth by the regulatory authorities;

•    To assist branches in completion of documents and credit deficiencies for smooth flow of credit approvals;

•    Coordinating with the credit administration department (CAD) on behalf of branches for timely and smooth processing of post approval documentation and subsequent disbursements;

•    To ensure timely recovery of markups and renewals of booked portfolio;

•    To facilitate branches in marketing fresh credit proposals;

•    Preparation of MIS for enhanced credit controls and monitoring;

•    Portfolio management in terms of growth, quality, profit & loss, NPLs and collection paradigm enforcement;

•    Coordinate and facilitate internal & external audit;

•    Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

Location: All over Pakistan. Position: Credit Appraisal Reviewer

Qualification: MBA, M.Com. Masters in Banking and/or Finance or any equivalent degree from HEC recognized Pakistani or reputed foreign universities.

Experience: At least two (02) years relevant experience in Banking/ Financial institution.

Age: Preferably less than 35 years as on May 31,2015.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Position: Agriculture Credit Officer (ACO)

Qualification: MBA. M.Com, Masters in Banking and/or Agriculture from

HEC recognized Pakistani or reputed foreign universities.

Experience: At least Two (2) years experience in Banking/Financial

institution preferably in similar role.

Age: Preferably less than 35 years as on May 31,2015.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

•    Undertake intensive touring to establish personal contacts with progressive and potential farmers and identify prospective active and honest farmers who are keen to improve their agricultural production;

•    Ensure availability of finance application forms to farmers in their villages and guide them in completion of these forms and fulfillment of other formalities and securities offered;

•    Facilitate in the sanctioning process and provide technical assistance to farmers in adoption of improved farming practices used for better yielding inputs;

•    Maintain post disbursement contract with borrowers;

•    Identify suitable marketing channels and offer assistance to market the products with specific institutions/government agencies to fetch better prices for the borrowers;

•    Ensure timely recovery of finance at the time of marketing and harvesting of crops through constant follow ups and close liaison with farmers and buyers of the crop;

•    Communicate prices and buying time to the farmers;

•    Monitor prices paid by the competitors;

•    Advise farmers on logistics (storage, delivery);

•    Confirm the identity of delivering farmers;

•    Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

Location: All over Pakistan.
