1. Regional Manager Training:
– The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing training of school teachers, principals and non-academic staff and monitoring & evaluating training workshops conducted by master trainers.
Qualification: M.Sc/ M.A English / M.A Education / M.A ELM with B.Ed or M.Ed.
Experience: 8-10 years experience as a school teacher / trainer or in education administration.
2. Regional Manager Marketing & Sales:
– The candidate will be responsible for marketing & sales of AFAQ proXcts & services, determining the demand for products & services, competitors analysis, identifying customer needs, customer satisfaction, product positioning & managing key accounts.
Qualification: MBA (Marketing & Sales)
Experience: 8-10 years experience in direct sales & marketing.
