Customer/Accounts Assistant (Male/Female)
An international company business in Global car hire broker named “Atlantic Travel LTD ” based Head Office in England and Branch office in Lahore Defence. Requires following staff for in Branch office Lahore.
Essential requirements for this Customer Services with English (German/French/Poituguese) position include:
• Customer Services experience
• Fluent English and Preferred either of
(German, French, Portuguese or Polish but not necessary)
• Preferably experience in a travel industry environment
• Exceptional communication skills and customer service focus
• Excellent MS Office specially Advance level Excel skills
• Good organizational skills
• Methodical approach and high level of accuracy
• Sage experience and fast typing speed is a bonus
• Minimum Graduation unless English or any European Language as a mother tongue
Key areas of responsibility within this Customer Services^ Accounts Assistant position include:
• Taking all sort of customer calls
• Processing bookings within 24 hours
• Checking Emails and deal with complains
• Advising customer of any related products.
• Processing new orders and payments
• Bank Reconciliation on the Sage system
• Issuing invoices using online system
• Developing a good understanding of reporting tools available Plus adhoc duties.
Note: Full training of interna Booking system will be provided
at Lahore office. Striking package will be waiting for the right candidates.
