Brooke Hospital for Animals (Pakistan) a nonprofit organization working for the welfare of equine animals is looking to recruit following staffs to join their team at Lahore.
Qualification, Knowledge Experience and Skills Research Coordinator:
The candidate should be master’s degree in relevant field with more than 5 years of experience in a development sector organization in a similar role. The incumbent will work closely with the programmatic team to support generation and evaluation of studies essential to ensuring that programmatic activities are evidence based. This will include responsibility for collection and analysis of data to enable key questions arising from programmatic activities to be investigated. Responsible for reporting findings in a format that enables lessons learned from field investigations to be clearly identified and applied in design and implementation in future programmatic interventions. The position holder will collect and review large amounts of data and analyze the information using a variety of software tools and methodologies. Initiate and review action, operational and independent scientific research on the best ways to improve equine welfare.
Internal Audit and Compliance Officer:
A minimum of four years post qualification hands-on relevant experience in social/development sector, especially working with the foreign funded NGOs. Candidate must have a strong grip on IFRS and accounting standards. Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system is desirable. The candidate should be CA (Finalist)/ACCA/ CIA from HEC recognized university. The Compliance Officer will ensure donor-funded programs implemented by the organization are compliant to the relevant donor requirements and rules and regulations of the land. He/she will exercise a significant level of responsibility for the provision of accurate, professional and timely compliance and audit related services, including risk and compliance management, internal control frameworks, systems and processes and business continuity management. Provide expert advice, support and recommendations to management and staff on a range of complex compliance, audit and risk management matters, in accordance with established Brooke Pakistan policies and procedures, legislative requirements and professional standards.
