Education Sector Coordinator
Education Sector Coordinator is a senior level management position with a regular contract. The position plays a leading role in ensuring that CARE is developing and managing its Education and education partnership portfolio appropriately. In doing so the Education Coordinator leads development of education program and related projects under the overall strategic program, and supervises implementation of education projects with varying involvement. The incumbent will help in fostering and sustaining partnerships around the strategic programming areas with a focus on research, advocacy, governance and limited service delivery. Under the supervision of Director Programs and Development, the Education Coordinator will be technical lead for the development of Education Sector/Programs.
• A Master degree or equivalent professional qualification in Education or related disciplines, development studies OR Social Sciences with Education as major subject.
• Minimum of five years senior level experience in education programs development and management with international organizations.
• Experience in working with implementing partners, communities and capacity building.
