Automation Project of Central Directorate of National Savings Phase-ll

Job Opportunities:
Project Administration contractual posts that 30-09-2016. of Central Directorate of National Savings, Finance Division. Government of Pakistan has authorized NTS to administer recruitment test for the following are vacant in PSDP Project titled “Automation Project of Central Directorate of National Savings, Phase-ll”. The completion date of the project is:

1- Project Manager:
Qualification: 16 years of education (HEC recognized) in field of Information Technology/Computer Science. Project Management Professional (PMP) course preferable. Minimum 10 years experience in grade 17 or equivalent in the field of IT, related to Programming, Database and Data Processing. Experience and knowledge of the business from the IT perspective, hardware, software, networking and security will be preferable

2- Director (Database):
Qualification: Master Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, eight years experience as DBA where ORACLE is used as DBMS. Should be an 0CP with DBA track. Should be able to maintain large Database system and data Dictionaries, fine tune the Database, define and initiate backup and recovery procedures & schedule database backup and follow up on the execution of the process.

3- Deputy Director (Admin):
Qualification: 16 years of education (HEC recognized) in field of Business/ Economics/Math ‘Statistics and Diploma in Computer Science OR Master in Computer Science or equivalent. Having at least 5 years of relevant experience and having requisite qualification.

4- Project Coordinator:
Qualification: 16 years of education (HEC recognized) in field of Computer Science/ Economics/ Statistics/ MBA (finance) having sound knowledge of Information Technology. Having five years experience and requisite qualification / skill required to understand the implementation of the system.

5- Deputy Director (Database):
Qualification: Master Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, five years experience as Assistant DBA/ DBA where ORACLE is used as DBMS. Should be an OCP with DBA track, knowledge of OCP in development track shall be given preference. Should be able to maintain large Database system and data Dictionaries, fine tune the Database, define/initiate backup and recovery procedures & schedule database backup and follow-up on the execution of the process.

6- Deputy Director (Systems):
Qualification: Master Degree in Computer Science or equivalent five years experience as Assistant System Administrator/ System Administrator in UNUX environment. Should be a RHCE certified.

7- Deputy Director (Networks):
Qualification: Minimum 16 year of education in computer or telecom engineering or equivalent recognized from Pakistan Engineering Council and HEC. Minimum 05 year of post qualification experience in network field. Must be CCNP certified.

8- Deputy Director (Software):
Qualification: Master Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, five years experience as Programmer in Java. Java servlets, JSP JSP J2ME, PHP Should be a Java Certified.

9- Assistant Director (Admin):
Qualification: 16 years of education (HEC recognized) in field of Business/ Economics Maths Statistics and Diploma in Computer Science OR Master in Computer Science or equivalent. Having at least 5 years of relevant experience and requisite qualification.

10- Assistant Director (Accounts):
Qualification: 16 years of education (HEC recognized) in the field of Commerce/ Finance and having sound knowledge of information technology. Having at least 5 years of experience and requisite qualification /skill sets to understand the Implementation of System.

11- Assistant Director (Training):
Qualification: 16 years of education (HEC recognized) in the field of Computer Science or Susiness/ Economics /’Statistics with at least one year computer diploma and having sound knowledge of information technology- At least 5 years of experience and requisite qualification / ski sets to understand the Implementation of System.

12- Assistant Director (Inventory):
Qualification: 16 years of education (HEC recognized) in field of Computer Science, having sound knowledge of Information Technology, five years relevant experience and requisite qualification / skill required to understand the implementation of the system.

13- Assistant Director (IT):
Qualification: 16 years of education (HEC recognized) in field of Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Having at least 5 years of experience and requisite qualification / skill sets lo understand the Implementation of System.

14- Quality Assurance Officer:
Qualification: 16 years of education (HEC recognized) in field of Information Technology/ Computer Sciences/ MBA (MIS) or equivalent. Having three years relevant experience. Must have sound knowledge of Quality Assurance tools

15- Assistant Director (Software Applicator):
Qualification: Master Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, three years experience as Programmer in Java. Java servlets. JSF, JSR J2ME, PHP Should be a Java Certified.

16- Assistant Director (Networks):
Qualification: Master Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, three years experience as Assistant Network Administrator/ Deputy Network Administrator in CISCO/Juniper Environment. Should be a CCNA/Juniper Certified.

17- Assistant Director (Systems):
Qualification: Master Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, three years experience as Assistant System Administrator/ System Administrator in LINUX environment. Should have training in RHCT or RHCSA or Oracle Enterprise Linux.

18- Assistant Director (Database):
Qualification: Master Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, three years experience as Assistant DBA’ Deputy DBA where ORACLE is used as DBMS. Should be an OCP with DBA track, preference will be given who have knowledge of OCP developer track. Should be able to maintain large Database system and data Dictionaries, fine tune the Data base, define and initiate backup and recovery procedures & schedule database backup and follow-up on the execution of the process.

19- Assistant Director Hardware):
Qualification: M.Sc. /B.E (Electronics/Computer) from any recognized university with three years experience in maintenance of Hardware & Communication Infrastructure.

20- Deputy Assistant Director (Database):
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, two year Database development experience in ORACLE, knowledge of Oracle !0g forms, SQL Server and My SQL. Should be well versed in designing of database.

21- Deputy Assistant Director (Systems):
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, two year experience as Assistant System Admin in LINUX Environment.

22- Deputy Assistant Director (Networks):
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, two year experience as Assistant Network Administrator in CISCO/Juniper environment.

23- Deputy Assistant Director (Hardware):
Qualification: 14 years education and one year Diploma in Electronics from any recognized Technical Education Certification body or Having 14 years education in Computer Science/lT. Two years experience in maintenance of Hardware & Communication Infrastructure.

24- Deputy Assistant Director (Operations):
Qualification: 14 years of education (HEC recognized) in field of Computer/IT OR Commerce. Economics. Statistics and one year diploma in Computer Science, having sound knowledge of Information Technology and at least 2 years of experience with requisite qualification / skit! sets to understand the Data Entry Work.

25- Technical Assistant:
Qualification: 14 year of education in Computer Science’ IT and one year experience in maintenance/ operation of Hardware & communication infrastructure

26- Account Assistant:
Qualification: 14 year of education in Commerce (8.Com) and more than 2 years experience (post qualification) in relevant field.

27- Admin Assistant:
Qualification: 14 year of education and more than one year experience (post qualification) in relevant field.

28- Inventory Assistant:
Qualification: 14 year of education and more than one year experience (post qualification) in relevant field.

29- Data Entry Operator:
Qualification: 12 year of education and more than two years experience in relevant field. Previous experience in the field of data entry will be preferred.

Ago relaxation will be given as per rules to following categories as Indicated against each.

Category of Candidates:
1. Candidates belonging to scheduled castes, Buddhist Community, recognized tribes of the Tribal Areas. Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan for all posts under the Federal Government.
2. Candidates belonging to Sindh(R) and Balochistan for posts in OPS-15 and below under the federal Government.
3. Released or Retired Officers / personnels of the Armed Forces of Pakistan. 15 years or the number of years actually served in the Armed Forces of Pakistan.
4. Government servants who have completed 02 years continuous Government service on the closing date for receipt of applications. 10 years, upto the age of 55 years.
5. Disabled persons for appointment to posts in BPS 15 and below 10 years.
6. Widow, son or daughter of a deceased civil servant who dies during service.

Quota:
– 2% quota is reserved for disabled persons.
– 10% quota is reserved for Women.
– 5% quota is reserved for Minorities (Non Muslims).
– In terms of rule 15 of Civil Servant (Appointment/ Promotion & Transfer) Rules 1973 vacancies in posts in Basic Pay Scales 3 to 15 and equivalent shall be filled by appointment of persons domiciled in the province or region concerned.

Important Information:
– Only those candidates shall be considered who fulfill the educational qualification (HEC recognized) and relevant experience. Employees of Government/Semi Govt. institutions shall apply through proper channel.
– Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview. Candidates are provisionally allowed to appear in written test, however if any candidate is found ineligible he/she will be disqualified at any stage of recruitment process.
– Concealing of facts and any direct or indirect pressure for appointment would lead to the disqualification of candidate. In case of applying for more than one post, separate application form along with fee shall be submitted.
– No TA/ DA will be admissible to the candidates for appearing in test/interview.
