Our Client, one of the fastest growing FMCG in Pakistan, is looking for dynamic candidates to fill the following positions on immediate basis:

Network Administrator – (01):
A Dynamic and Energetic IT Professional Responsible for:
– Designing, developing and deploying the Information Technology networks at group level while managing the data center.
– Installing and maintaining network hardware and software.
– Managing Identities, hands on experience on IDM best practices.
– Identifying user needs, and monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.
– Evaluating and modifying system’s performance and determining network and system requirements.
– Maintaining network integrity, server deployment, and security. Hands on experience of network security.
– Ensuring network connectivity throughout the company’s LAN/WAN infrastructure Is on par with technical considerations.
– Assigning configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services.
– Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers.
– Maintaining network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways, and intrusion-detection systems.
– Administering servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones. software deployment, security updates and patches.

Qualification and Experience:
Masters In Computer Sciences with a minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, and minimum 10 years of experience. Certification in Networking such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, or CCIE will be preferred.

Manager Accounts – (01):
A Dynamic and Energetic IT Professional Responsible for:
– Obtaining and maintaining, a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
– Ensuring an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
– Ensuring the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
– Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions.
– Ensuring the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
– Supporting budget and forecasting activities.
– Collaborating with the other finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives.
– Monitoring and analyzing department work to optimize procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Qualification and Experience:
CA Finalist with minimum 5 years of industry experience or MBA (Fin)/ACCA/ACMA/any other finance related qualification with minimum 7 years of overall experience, and 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Manager Materials Planning – (03):
– Material management professionals responsible for maintaining inflow and outflow of materials by Forecasting of materials based on study of sales trends.
– Ordering purchase of high-quality materials, considering best price, quality, availability and reliability when purchasing products.
– Taking stock of Inventory and maintaining adequate supply levels.
– Arrange for safe transport of materials.
– Ensure materials in the supply chain meet the minimum requirements for quality assurance standards.
– Implement policies and procedures in the areas of procurement, inventory control, receiving, storage and distribution, of supplies throughout the business unit.
– Interface directly throughout the business unit regarding material requirements.
– Outbound delivery time and efficiency.
– Maintain relevant documentation, solve complaints and problems.
– Handle customers and suppliers databases.

Qualification and Experience:
MBA, preferably in Supply Chain with minimum 5 years industry experience and 2 years of Managerial experience.

General Manager Supply Chain – (01):
A skilled Supply Chain Professional, Responsible for:
– Planning and organizing the purchase of materials and distribution of goods.
Managing the Supply Chain of the Group by:
– Optimizing in-bound/out-bound logistics.
– Managing purchase mechanisms.
– On-time delivery of material resources.
– Smooth delivery to clients.
– Keeping check on inventory holding costs.

Qualification and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Supply Chain Manager or Planning Manager having Supply Chain Professional certification with a Bachelors or Master’s Degree.

General Manager Exports – (01):
A Versatile Sales and Marketing Professional Responsible for:
Heading the International Market Operations:
– International sales & marketing.
– Business development.
– Supply chain.
– Supervision of all export related activities.
– Researching International Market trends .
– Implementation of Marketing Strategies, Market Development.

Qualification and Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, and minimum of 12 years of experience. Required MBA in Marketing.

Manager Exports – (01):
Highly skilled Sales and Marketing Professionals Responsible for:
– Planning and coordinating the international shipment of goods.
– Negotiate with a variety of people, such as shippers, agents and vendors.
– Dealing with the international buyers / customers.
– Keeping track of invoices and preparing reports to expedite the billing process.
– They may also have to ensure that shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry.

Qualification and Experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar capacity, and minimum 7 years of experience. MBA in Marketing.

Food Quality Control Manager – (01):
An Experienced Food Quality Assurance Professional with a Clear Aspiration for:
– Managing highest quality throughout the food preparation and production process while meeting the required food standards.
– Developing and reviewing quality and food safely policies and managing audits by third-party Inspectors.
– Training quality assurance employees and oversee manufacturing and production processes.
– Preparing reports on food quality status to relay to owners and upper-level management.
– Keep records of all tests and inspections that have been conducted.

Qualification and Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience In a similar capacity and Masters in Food Sciences. Awareness of food safety standards Is a must. Candidates having certification in quality assurance will be preferred.

Manager Legal – (01):
– A veteran practitioner well versed with legal procedures and pursued matters in Supreme Court of Pakistan, High Courts & regional courts. The Manager Legal will be responsible for managing:
– All legal affairs related to the Group, mainly related to government, client, vendors, staff, litigation or any matter concerning the group.
– Developing SOPs. formulating and adhering to the Legal Compliance Checklist and keep track of issues through MIS, monitoring pending cases (if any), Due Diligence, factory auditing, licensing, vetting of contracts, documentation, registrations, renewals, filing objections for passing off/ infringement, advice to nominees & extensive research for new food products compliance with latest amendments, circulars and gazette notifications in standards & labeling under the Pakistani law.

Qualification and Experience:
Ideal candidate must be law graduate preferably L.L.M. with practice experience of minimum 5 years in similar capacity.

General Manager Human Resources – (01):
A Seasoned Human Resource Professional Responsible for:
– Developing and ensuring alignment of group level policies and procedures for all functions including Recruitment. Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management with the Group’s vision and mission statement.
– Ensuring harmonious industrial relations and to carry out the workers engagement and retention activities.
– Managing effective liaison with government / autonomous bodies to ensure good public relations.

Qualification and Experience:
MBA in HR preferably with LLB, 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity and minimum 12 years of experience or above. Additional certification from HRCI, CIPD or equivalent will be an added advantage.

HR Business Partners – (04):
Dynamic and Motivated HR Professionals Responsible for:
– Managing and resolving employee relations issues, such as Labor Unions and dealing with CBA, in order to ensure a safe and fair work environment for all employees.
– Identifying training needs throughout business unit.
– Ensuring compliance with local and national employment laws.
– Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation, and ensure compliance to the group level policies.
– Administrative support for day to day HR operational activities.
– Providing actionable data to GM HR and senior management (such as headcount and turnover reports).
– Review and ensure accuracy in payroll submissions and reporting. Act as a super-user of the business units’ information systems.

Qualification and Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity with minimum of 5 years experience. MBA in Human Resource with certification from HRCI or CIPD.
