1. Payroll Management: Handling monthly payroll and performing a wide variety of related
2. Recruitment: Schedule and conduct interviews, issue offer letter to the selected candidates,
collect documents, maintain the employee database and prepare final settlement of those
employees who decide to separate /retire.
3. Employee Relations: Handling employee enquiries & grievances, handling EOBI and Social
Security procedures etc.
4. Training &Development: Organizing staff training sessions, workshops and activities.
5. Performance Appraisal: Supporting the team in conducting Performance Appraisal.
6. Other daily routine tasks.
