SITUATION VACANT
An ADP Scheme lilled “Elimination of Child & Bonded labour (integrated Project for promotion of decent work for vulnerable workers in Punjab Province) under the administrative control of Labour & Human Resource Department, Government of Punjab, requires the slaff domiciled in Punjab on contract basis .The description of posts, qualification, age and nature of experience is given below:

1    Project Director    20    I    45-55    Fostgraduate Degree at least second division wilh a minimum of 20 year experience of work in a responsible position including 5 year experience In project management/implemenlalion. Person with exlra ordinary qualification and experience in the field of child and bonded labour will be preferred.
2    Director Child Labour    19    1    35-45    Postgraduate Degree in Sociology / Social Work at least second division with minimum 10 year experience of work in a responsible position in project environment in a reputed internationally recognized NGOs / Govt. Departments wilh responsibilities in the areas of research, project management, social mobilization, poverly alleviation, non-formal education and micro-finance. Work experience in a Government run development project will be highly desirable. The person should have IT background and interpersonal skills.
3    Director Bonded Labour    19    1    35-45    Postgraduate degree in Sociology / Social Work at least second division with minimum 10 year experience of work in a responsible position in project environment in a reputed internalionally recognizod NGOs / Govt. Departments wilh icsponsibililies In the areas of research, project management, social mobilization, poverty allevialion, non-formal education and micro-finance. Woik experience in a Government run development project will be highly desirable. The person should have IT background and interpersonal skills.
A    Director Admin & Accounts    19    1    35-45    Master in Commerce with Specialization in Accounting/MBA (Finance) at least second division wilh 10 year work experience in
administration and Accounts/Audit Officer in the public/Private sector is essential including five year work experience in development projects.
5    Deputy Director Law    18    1    30-45    LLM at least second division having experience of working In law courts for at leasf 8 year especially in the field of Human Rights and working with government department will be preferred. Adequate Knowledge of bonded & child labour issues is an essential. Strong report writing and communication skills In English & good inter personnel skills are required.
6    Assistant Director Admin & Accounts    17    1    25-40    M.Com/MBA (Accounting & Finance) at least second division from a recognized institution, with 5 year of work experience In audit or accounts in the public/NGO sector and ability to deal with government funds.
7    Assistant Director Internal Audit    17    1    25-40    M.Com/MBA (Accounting & Finance) at least second division from a recognized institution, with 5 year of work experience in audit and accounts in the public sector and ability to deal with government funds.
8    Assistant Director M&E (BL)    17    1    25-40    Post Graduate Degree in Economics/Sociology/Social Work al least second division having 5 year of work experience in field monitoring In public/NGO sector. Report writing skill is an essential.
9    Assistant Director M&E (CL)    17    I    25-40    Post Graduate Degree In Economics/Sociotogy/Social Work at least second division having 5 year of work experience in field monitoring in public/NGO sector. Report writing skill is an essential.
10    Assistant Director Social Mobilization Child Labour    17    1    25-40    Post Graduate Degree in Sociology/Social Work/Gender Studies/Economics/Polilical Science at least second division with 5 year of work experience in administration and field monitoring in public/NGO sector.
II    Assistant Director Social  Mobilization Bonded Labour    17    1    25-40    Post Graduate Degree in Sociology/Social Work/Gender Studies/Economics/Polilical Science at least second division with 5 year of work experience In administration and field monitoring in public/NGO sector.
12    Assistant Director Training    17    1    25-40    Post Graduate Degree in Economics/Sociology/Social Work at least
Child Labour                second division having 5 year of work experience in imparling training and such activities in public/NGO sector.
13    Assistant Director Training Bonded Labour    17    1    25-40    Post Graduate Degree in Economics/Sociology/ Social Work at least second division having 5 year of work experience in imparting training and such activities in public/NGO sector.
14    Assistant Director Law    17    1    25-40    LLB at least second division. Experience of having worked in law courts for at leasf 5 year. 15    IT Manager    17    1    25-40    BSC (Four Year)/BE (Four Year)/BCS (Four year) in Computer Science al least 2nd division from a recognized institution/ university preference will be given to person having certification for database systems with 5 year of work experience in IT and data base development.
16    PS to PD    17    1    25-40    Bachelor degree at least second division with 5 year work experience as PS.
District implementation Unit (DIU)
17    District Manager    18    10    30-45        Post Graduate Degree in Economics/Sociotogy/Social Work at least 2nd division from a recognized institution/university. 8 year experience in Administration and Implementation of projects. Candidate must be computer literate. Strong report writing and interpersonal skills are essential.
18    Social Mobilizer CL    16    10    25-35        Post Graduate Degree in Pol. Science/Social Work/Sociology/Anfhropology/Rural Sociology/Gender Studies at least 2nd division from a recognized university.3 year experience in social mobilization and field monitoring in public/NGO sector especially in Child Labour Projects. Candidate should be computer literate.
19    Social Mobilizer BL    16    10    25-35        Post Graduate Degree in Pol. Science/Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/Rural Sociology/Gender Studies at least 2™» division from a rocognized university. 3 year experience in social mobilization and field monitoring in public/NGO sector especially in Bonded Labour Projects. Candidate should be computer literate.
