Applications are invited from suitable candidates, fulfilling basic eligibility requirements, for Contract Based Positions; to implement a Karachi based Project of a Federal Government Organization.

All the positions are entirely project specific and will continue till completion of the Project ONLY; subject to satisfactory performance of the incumbent. The hiring authority may annul the contractual appointment with one-month prior notice/one month salary, on account of unsatisfactory performance of the incumbent.

1.     Project Coordinator / Liaison / Public Relations Officer     01     Qualification:

1. A minimum of 16 years of education,
In-depth knowledge of Functioning and Structures of Public Sector Institutions.

Knowledge and Skills:

inter-personal / communication / negotiations skills
IT and presentation skills, public sector administration
Skills in public relations and coordination with public and private sector

Experience: At least 10 years of progressive managerial experience, preferably in Public Sector
2.     Site Engineer (Electrical / Electronic / Computer Systems Engineering)     01     Qualification:

B.E (Electrical/ Electronic/ Computer Systems Engineering)
Preferably hands-on experience of installation and /or Operations of ICT Equipment

Knowledge and Skills:

Presentation skills
Test and trouble-shooting of ICT Equipment

Experience: At least 10 years of progressive experience
3.     Accounts Officer     01     Qualification:

At least a Bachelor Degree (14 years or more) in Business Administration, ICMA, ACCA, CA-lntermediate or SAS qualified.
In-depth knowledge of Budgeting, Accounting and Audit, Financial Management, preferably in the Public Sector Management

Knowledge and Skills:

Courses in book-keeping, cash-handling, reconciliation of accounts, drawing and disbursements, account management and treasury rules.

Experience: At least 8 years of progressive experience in accounts and financial management, preferably in Public Sector.
4.     Project Officer     02     Qualification:

A Bachelors Degree (14 Years) in any discipline, preferably science

Skills: excellent IT analytical and communication skills.

Experience: Minimum five years of progressive Work experience, in the multinational environment or public/private sector projects.
5.     Office Boy     02     Qualification:

A Minimum 12 years of Education, in any discipline, preferably science

Skills: excellent typing skills.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of progressive Work experience, in any public / private sector
6.     Driver     02     Qualification:

A Minimum 10 years of Education Skills:

Excellent Driving Skills.
At Least Two years old Driving License (LTV)

7.     Security Staff     02     Qualification:

A least Middle /8th Standard Pass Personality Traits:

Dependable.
Multi-tasking HR, who has basic competency in manual work/chores, within the PMU’s office.
