HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES
The candidate should have an MBA degree from a local / foreign university, legal qualification will be an added advantage. Minimum 15 years of progressive and generalist experience in multifunctional roles with at least 5 years as HR head in a large multinational / reputed national organization and with maximum age of 48 years. The incumbent will:

* Manage all human resources functions including talent acquisition, compensation & benefit, performance management, policy management, employee recognition, employee union relations and legal issues.

* Facilitate organization development and change management including training, organization redesign, strategic planning in line with the changed business dynamic.

* Be a part of Management Committee.

* Also be responsible for the over all Administration and Security of the company.
