CONSTRUCTION OF 100 THREE MARLA HOUSES AT ASHIANA HOUSING SCHEMES AT SAHIWAL, FAISALABAD, SARGODHAAND JHELUM
Punjab Land Development Company (PLDC) is developing modern housing schemes for the low-income group in various districts of the Punjab where constructed 3 Maria houses will be sold to the deserving families. Such schemes have been launched at Sahiwal, Faisalabad, Sargodha and Jhelum.

PLDC now plans to start construction of houses, amenities (mosques, medical centres, schools, community centres) and boundary walls at each location.

Contractors, duly registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in minimum category C-3, and interested to participate in the tendering process may apply for pre-qualification by submitting the following to the undersigned by 24,h October 2012.

■ Certificate of Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council along with latest renewal letter.

■ Copy of registration with Securities & Exchange Commission or Registrar of Firms.

■ Organizational Structure

■ List of permanent professional staff along with C.Vs of relevant core staff showing project wise experience with exact time duration for each project.

■ List of similar works completed by the firm during last 5 years and similar works in hand, indicating total cost of such works, along with date of start and completion or expected date of completion.

■ List of equipment and machinery owned by the firm.

■ NTN & Audited statements of accounts for last 5 years.

■ A certificate / affidavit that the firm has not been blacklisted or debarred or involved in litigation with any Government/ Autonomous Body.

Notes:

■ Contractors who have already applied for prequalification in response to our previous requests are required to just send a written request authorizing us to consider their previous application.

■ Applications with incomplete or false information will be rejected.

■ PLDC reserves the right in its sole discretion to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
