Job Title: Human Resource Officer
Number of positions: 1

Minimum Education: Masters
Experience: 10 To 15 years

Job Description:
• Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.
• recruiting staff – this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking
application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates;
• developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities,
disciplinary procedures and absence management;
• Administering payroll and maintaining employee records.
• dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;
• Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
• Maintain a current database of employee skill sets and competencies as well as information on outside applicants
• Track recruitment data, such as where you are finding employees, how long they stay, qualifications, and costs of recruitment
• Simplify the employee evaluation process with automatic alerts to managers and employees about scheduled performance
reviews
