VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Health Department invites applications for Four (4) positions of Chief Executives of Teaching Hospitals (Khyber Teaching Hospital. Lady Reading Hospital. Hayatabad Medical Complex. Peshawar & Ayub Teaching

Additional weightage / preference will be given for additional qualification/courses in the health and General management or allied disciplines from institutions of National and International repute, f. The Chief Executive shall be appointed for a period of three years on contract basis

Salary and other packages-Rs-200.000-/ per month inclusive of all emoluments. He will not be allowed to use official transport and other facilities. In case of out station travel he will be entitle to reimburse traveling expenditure and daily allowance equivalent to BPS-20 along with normal entertainment allowance allowed to BPS-20 officers h The CE will be full time available on the job and will not undertake any private -practice/business

The CE will be responsible for development of strategic business plan for the hospital to provide quality. efficient and equitable services to the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

He/She shall ensure optimal utilization of available public and private funds and introduce a comprehensive financial system.

He/she will be responsible for all the administrative matters of the hospital and allied institutions related to Finance, Human Resource and Patient Management.

  1. hope they will select relevant personnel…preference should be given to masters in hospital management please. which is even not mentioned in ad…… The tertiary hospitals are the only hope of the poorest of the KP who couldn’t bear private hospitals expenses. The positions must not be distributed but to the real managers who belong to masses & not the elite or to please retired exhausted seniors who should rather enjoy playing with their grand children. why specifically the age limit is 65 years?
