Heavy Mechanical Complex (Private) Limited (HMC). a leading Public sector engineering company, working under the administrative control ot Ministry ot Industries & Production. Company is looking for competent, self motivated and dynamic candidates to fill the following positions:_
SJ  1-    Position  Dy. General Manager (Design)    Posts  01    Qualification  BE/B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical from university recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) & Registered with PEC.    Experience  Minimum 15 years post qualification experience with minimum 12 years in design of Thermal power plants. Must have knowledge of Design of Boilers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers & other allied engineering equipment. Computer proficiency & use of relevant software shall be essential    Age  Maximum 50 Years
2-    Dy. General Manager (Design)    01    BE/B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical or Chemical Irom university recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) & Registered with PEC.    Minimum 15 years post qualification experience with minimum 12 years in design of oil & gas/ process plants & equipment Computer proficiency & use ot relevant software shall be essential.    Maximum 50 Years
3-    Manager (Design)    02    BE/B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical/Chemical from university recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) & Registered with PEC.    Minimum 12 years post qualification experience with minimum 10 years in design of process plants preferably Thermal power. Oil & gas plant/equipment, process piping design. Use of relevant software shall be essential.    Maximum 45 Years
4-    Dy. Manager (Civil)    01    BE/B.Sc. Engineering in Civil from university recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) & Registered with PEC.    Minimum 07 years post qualification experience in Design ot Building. Civil structure. Foundations and Construction of Industrial Equipment Foundation. Preferably with reputable Civil consulting Firms. Use of relevant software shall be essential.    Maximum 42 Years
5-    Manager/Dy. Manger (Design)    01    BE/B.Sc. Engineering in Electrical Instrumentation & control from university recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) & Registered with PEC.    Minimum 12 years post qualification experience with minimum 10 years in design of plant instrumentation & controls for thermal power plants, oil & gas processing plants & Hydro power plants Computer proficiency & use of relevant software shall be essential. For Dy. Manager 07 years post qualification experience shall be required.    Maximum 45 Years (Manager)  42 Years (Dy.  Manager)
6-    Dy. General Manager (Mechanical Works)    01    BE/B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical from university recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) & Registered with PEC    Minimum 15 years post qualification experience with minimum 12 years working in industrial environment specially in engineering industry. Must have experience in manufacturing of boilers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, equipment for Sugar. Cement and other allied engineering equipment Computer proficiency shall be preferred.    Maximum 50 Years
7-    Manager  (Mechanical  Works)    01    BE/B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical from university recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) & Registered with PEC.    Minimum 12 years post qualification experience with minimum 10 years working in industrial environment specially in engineering industry. Must have experience in manufacturing of boilers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, equipment for Sugar. Cement and other allied engineering equipment. 8-    Manager/ Asstt. Manager (Foundry & Forge Works)    02    BE/B.Sc. Engineering in Metallurgy from university recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) & Registered with PEC.    Minimum 12 years post qualification experience with minimum 10 years working in foundry and forge works specially in engineering industry. Must have experience in Heavy Castings, Forgings. moulds, patterns making, techniques to minimize casting defects for Sugar, Cement and other allied engineering equipment Computer proficiency shall be preferred. For Assistant Manager 3 years post qualification experience shall be required.    Maximum 45 Years (Manager)  32 years  (Asst.  Manager)
9-    Dy. General Manager (Production Planning & Control)    01    BE/B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical / Industrial from university recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) & Registered with PEC.    Minimum 15 years post qualification experience with minimum 12 years working in Production Planning and control department specially in engineering industry. Must have relevant experience in management of materials and inventory controls.    Maximum 50 Years
10-    Manager (Production Planning & Control)    01    BE/B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical / Industrial from university recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) & Registered with PEC.    Minimum 12 years post qualification experience with minimum 10 years working in Production Planning and control department especially in engineering industry. Must have relevant experience in management of materials and inventory controls.    Maximum 45 Years
11-    Manager (PMD)    02    BE/B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical from university recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) & Registered with PEC.    Minimum 12 years post qualification experience with minimum 10 years working in Project Management department specially in engineering industry. Must have relevant experience in erection, installation and commissioning of boilers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, cranes, material handling equipment, equipment for Sugar. Cement and other allied engineering disciplines. Use of relevant project management software shall be preferred.    Maximum 45 Years
12-    Manager(QA-QC)    02    BE/B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical from university recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) & Registered with PEC.    Minimum 12 years post qualification experience with minimum 10 years working in Quality assurance and control department specially in engineering industry. Must have relevant experience and knowledge of ISO quality standards, ASME standards. Quality assurance techniques & methods. Knowledge ol NOT methods and techniques. Use of relevant tools and equipment. Computer Proficiency shall be preferred.    Maximum 45 Years

13-    Manager (Sales)    02    BE/B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical from university recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) & Registered with PEC.    Minimum 12 years post qualification experience with minimum 10 years working in Sales and Marketing department especially in engineering industry. Must have good presentation and communication skills. Must have experience in sales/marketing of engineering goods. Computer proficiency shall be preferred.    Maximum 45 Years
14-    Manager (Purchase)    02    BE/B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical from university recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) & Registered with PEC.    Minimum 12 years post qualification experience with minimum 10 years working In Purchase department especially in engineering industry. Must have good presentation and communication skills. Must have experience of local and foreign procurement of engineering goods. Should be well conversant with PPRA Rules, import regulations, tax policies etc. Computer proficiency shall be preferred.    Maximum 45 Years
15-    Dy. General Manager (HRM)    01    MBA(HRM)  from university recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC).    Minimum 15 years post qualification experience in Human Resource Management in a leading organization. Must have knowledge of labour laws and experience of dealing with Trade unions.    Maximum 50 Years

22-    Dy. Manager (Finance)    01    MBA (Finance) from university recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) OR ACMA    Minimum 07 years of post qualification experience of Financial Management. Accounting. Audit and Internal control process in a leading organization.    Maximum 42 Years
23-    Dy. Manager (MIS)    01    MCS or BS (04 Years) Software Engineering from a university recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) & Registered with PEC.    Minimum 07 years of post qualification experience in ERP development and maintenance system ol accounting packages. Knowledge and experience of Visual Basic tools. Experience ot RDBMS (SQL server) crystal report writer, networks (LAN & WAN).    Maximum 42 Years

29-    Fabricator Machinist Maint. Fitter Electrician Pattern Maker    09 12 09 01 02    Matnc with science having Technical Training Certificate / Apprenticeship from a recognize Institute / Industry in relevant field    Minimum 03 years experience in relevant field.    Maximum 30 Years
30-    Steel Melter Molder  Furnace Operator    05  06 03    Matric with science having Technical Training Certificate/ Apprenticeship from a recognize Institute / Industry in relevant field.    For Steel Melter. Minimum 3 years experience in steel making from Electric Arc Furnace, plus experience in continuous casting wil 1 be preferred. For Molder, Minimum 3 years experience in Molding for Steel & Cast Iron Casting. For Furnace Opt. Minimum 3 years experience in operation of Electric Arc and Induction furnace.    Maximum 30 Years
31-    Over Head Crane Opt    03    Matric v/ith science.    Minimum 3 years experience in operation of Over Head Crane (experience of hot metal handling will be preferred).    Maximum 30 Years
