Executive Search & Selection
Professional Qualification: Preferably ACII, MBA from a

reputed university or Chartered Accountant

Experience: Minimum 15 years, out of which 10 years should

be in general insurance industry

•    Leadership and interpersonal skills of highest quality

•    Business development acumen

•    Strong background of the insurance industry specifically risk management

•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•    Excellent organization and problem solving skills

•    Creative and innovative, particularly in developing new products and marketing strategies

•    Knowledge of IT, computerized environment and insurance software used in the market

Area of responsibility:

•    Develop strategic plan and goals for the Company and implementation thereof.

•    Increase corporate brand and visibility by developing corporate image and strengthening business relationships

•    Managing financial performance of the Company with a focus on bottom-line

•    Ensure that me risk profile of the underwriting book of the Company is always within the norms of the industry

•    Establish effective and efficient communication with the reinsurance market abroad and arrange best possible deals in the reinsurance market to match the risk profile of the Company

•    Design new products to enter new target markets ar»d establish a low cost research and development function

Age: 45 – 55 years
Professional Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Experience: Minimum 10 years, out of which 5 years should

be in general insurance industry

Competencies and skills:

•    Leadership and interpersonal skills of highest quality

•    Strong financial management and analytical skills

•    Sound knowledge of insurance, taxation and corporate laws and regulatory regimes

•    Well-conversant with risk management practices and internal control systems

•    Knowledge of IT, computerized environment and insurance software used in the industry

•    Strong background of the local and international insurance industry

Area of responsibility:

•    Expert in formulating financial strategies, managing business planning, budgeting, taxation and regulatory affairs

•    Manage the treasury and investment functions of the Company and make strategic decisions regarding fund management and placements in equity and money markets

•    Maintain accounting and internal control system meeting the requirements of International standards and best practices

•    Review and finalize quarterly and annua/ financial statements of the company prepared in accordance with applicable financial reporting framework and local laws

•    Monitoring financial performance of the company and advising CEO for appropriate actions on timely basis

Age: 35 – 45 years
