1.    Director General (MP-II equivalent to BS-20)    01    Qualification: Ph.D/Post-graduation in Public Health / Business Administration / Health Management / Health Economics / Health Policy / Planning & Actuarial Science from a HEC recognized university. Experience: Minimum 15 years working experience in a Public / Private or Development Sector Organizations preferably in health insurance. Exposure of working of donor agencies or Insurance or Health Sector of Pakistan shall be preferred. Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills in addition to leadership ability and business savvy. Able to establish goals, analyze data, make evaluations, and create policy to maintain consistent standards of health care. A good negotiator and have the ability to build relationships with government agencies and community organizations.    55 years
2.    Director (BS-19)    01    Qualification: Post-graduation/Master’s Degree in Public Health / Public Administration related disciplines, Law, Actuarial Science preferably from a foreign university.  Experience: Minimum 08 years working experience in a Public, Private or Development Sector Organization. Exposure of working with donor agencies or Insurance or Health Sector of Pakistan shall be preferred.    50 years
3.    Deputy Director (BS-18)  a)    Finance  b)    Technical    02    Qualification: Master’s Degree (case specific) in Finance / Business Administration, Law, Actuarial Science or Public Health, preferably from HEC recognized university  Experience: Minimum 03 years working experience in a Public, Private or Development Sector Organization. Exposure of working with donor agencies or Insurance or Health Sector of Pakistan shall be preferred.    45 years
4.    APS / Executive Secretary(BS-16)    01    Qualification: Bachelors Degree from HEC recognized university. With Shorthand speed 100, typing speed 50 w.p.m    30 years
5.    Computer Operator (BS-15)    01    Qualification: Bachelors Degree from HEC recognized university. With 1 year Diploma in Computer Science from a recognized institute / university.    30 years
6.    Assistant (BS-14)    01    Qualification: Bachelors Degree from HEC recognized university.    33 years
7.    Driver (BS-04)    01    Qualification: Primary Pass, Valid driving license holder and well versed in the traffic rules.    35 years
8.    Naib Qasid (BS-01)    01    Qualification: Primary Pass    30 years
