APPOINTMENT OF CONSULTANT
NADRA is one of the largest IT Organization in the country. A young and dynamic setup with most sophisticated information and communication technology infrastructure coupled with higly qualified and dedicated IT workforce. NADRA requires the services of competent and well qualified individual as Consultant on Employees Service Matters.
The Consultant has to oversee the different legal activities where the employee and employer may be involved in. The consultant will be responsible to take care of all legal formalities in accordance to rules and regulations.
Law Graduate from reputable HEC recognized university.
5 to 10 years experience in relevant field.
Prepare para wise comments of Legal cases for submission in different Courts of Law. Experience in dealing with administrative matters related to employees. Proven drafting and pleading skills. Job Duties
The main duties of a consultant will be:
Scrutinize the inquiries against employees under Efficiency & Discipline (E&D) Rules 1973.
Must ensure that each & every step required as defined under Government Servant (Efficiency & Discipline) Rules 1973 are followed.
Prepare draft replies for all cases filed in Courts where NADRA is a party.
Provide Legal Opinion on various issues / subjects required by NADRA.
Proficiency and research about different legal rules that the organization has to follow.
Preparation of legal documents which the organization require to carry out the operations smoothly.
Drafting replying and maintaining response of all legal notices as and when sent by the council.
Be available full time in NADRAfor consultation on various legal issues related to employees.
The initial period of engagement of the Consultant shall be for period of one year at the first instant, which may be extended subject to need of NADRAand satisfactory performance, upto a period of three years.
NADRA reserves the right to discontinue the services of the Consultant appointed at any point of time with one month’s notice. The Consultant engaged by NADRA will be having the right to discontinue his / her services within one month’s notice. NADRA reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason thereof, as well as the right to add and modify any one or more of the terms and conditions.
