We are searching for self-motivated professional for the following positions that possesses a proven track record of meeting challenges through proactive approaches.
Manager Finance – IUCN Pakistan Country Office Karachi
This is a management position based at our Country Office – Karachi and requires significant internal and external coordination across the Country Programme of IUCN Pakistan and the region. The position carries a sensitive portfolio as it deals with financial matters requiring integrity in financial dealings, and is also responsible for providing supervision in routing financial matters to the Country Programme and project offices.  Qualifications and Skills required:  •    A professional qualification in Finance & Accounting, preferably a chartered accountant with more than 5 years management experience.  •    In-depth knowledge o< financial and accounting concepts.  •    Strong credibility, aptitude and ability for problem solving.  •    AbHrty to deliver under pressure/aptitude for number crunching.  •    Proficiency in all MS Office applications, particularly Excel.  •    Knowledge of ERP would be an added advantage.  •    Strong analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.  •    Well versed in written and spoken English and Urdu.
Deputy Manager Administration – IUCN Pakistan Country Office, Karachi
The primary responsibility is coordinating all administrative functions and organizational administrative matters for the Country Office ensuring compliance with all administrative policies. The incumbent will work under the supervision of Administration Manager. The key responsibilities include: provision of office and logistical services, maintenance of vehicles, premises, equipment and supervision of support staff, keeping inventories, handling insurance etc. and having the ability to build and lead an effective team. This is a high-pressure assignment and may entail long working hours and delivery under pressure.  Qualifications and Skills required:  •    Post Graduate in any discipline (preferably Management Sciences/ Public Administration)  •    At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience with knowledge of basic administrative practices and procedures, including travel handling and logistical arrangements  •    Ability to network with multiple stakeholders, vendors and suppliers, etc.  •    Strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.  •    Proficiency in computer skills, especially MS Office.  •    The incumbent must be well versed in written and spoken English.  DURATION for both the positions: 2 years from the date of appoint/Dent and extendable.
