The Finance Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa intends to hire the services of a Consultant to support Finance Department in its working to prepare the Provincial case before National Finance Commission. The Consultant will be placed in NFC Support Unit of Finance Department. The minimum qualification for the Consultant shall be Master Degree or equivalent in the field of Economic, Commerce, Accounting, Public Administration, Public Policy or Business Administration with a sound track record of minimum post qualification experience of not less than 25 years in public sector organizations including at least five years in handling of public Finance, development planning or intergovernmental fiscal transfers at policy level. The Consultant’s exposure to the matters relating to National Finance Commission and its working mechanism would be given due weightage. The consulting fee/remuneration would be at par with MP-I scale alongwith otherfringe benefits. The selection procedure will be the Consultant Qualification Selection system as per provisions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules, 2014.
