Lahore Division Cattle Market Management Company (I.DCMMC) is a compiny incorporated under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance. 19X4 by the Government of Punjab with the mandate to standardize and modernise the cattle markets and trading business for improving the quality of cattle, cattle tracking and focus on exports to other countries Furthermore, to eliminate extortion, distortion, corruption and to minimize the role of middle man

I.DCMMC seeks the services of highly qualified, experienced, motivated and dedicated professionals on market-based’ negotiable salaries for the following positions:

1. Internal Auditor

I.    Eligibility Criteria

•    CA. ACMA. MBA Finance. Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) will be preferred

•    5 years of experience in the related field

•    Max age limit is 45 yean.

II.    Position Requirements

•    Establish and nuinuin a quality assurance program to evaluate the effectiveness of internal control on a continuous hasis.

•    Rev iew and approve annual plans for the execution of pertedx-audits & ensure thai any change in the corporate policies of the C ompanv is updated in audit policies and procedures mentioned in the Internal Audit Program Examine whether the activities of accounts, finances, human resources, purchase are performed in accordance with the policies and procedures specified by the management of the Company.

•    Coordinate with external auditors, as required by Code of Corporate Governance and communicate the results of coordination between internal and external auditors to the Audit Committee, as well as provide comments on the performance of external auditors.
•    Report major audit findings and significant audit issues to the Management in periodic meetings

•    Evaluate the effectiveness of management controls over operational activities

2. GM Operations

Eligibility Criteria

•    Incumbent should hold DVM / M Phil in Veterinary Sciences or / with MBA. MPA. MA / M Sc. from any HEC recognised National or International Universities.

•    10 years of experience including minimum 3 years in relevant field and 3 years in administration

•    Maximum Age Limit is 45

II. Position Requirements

•    Manage multiple services across the organization and provide strategic direction and leadership to various deportments of the company.

•    Plan, direct, coordinate & monitor the operations of the company

•    Formulate policies, manage daily operations, and plan the use of materials and human fewufee mmigemcnt of large facilities providing services to the general public.

•    Keep records of purchase and administrative services.

•    Responsible for all contractual agreements from an operational perspective and ensure realistic and practical commitments.

•    Review performance achievements and targets regularly with field sufT.

3. Manager Operations

I. Eligibility Criteria

•    MBA / MSc in Management / DVM from an HEC recognized university /institution
•    Minimum J years of post-qualificatxm experience in general administration A operation management includmg dealing with labors at fields / operations, in a public / private sector organization

•    Age Limit is 35 yean

II. Position Requirements

•    Management skills like negotiations, labor management, cuviomer services will be necessary tools for this post

4. Executive Secretary to MO/ CEO

I. Eligibility Criteria

•    Mm. Graduate from an HEC recognized university / institute

•    Mm. 5 years of experience in general office management including drafting of letters. memos, office orders, meeting scheduling, reminders etc. under the direct supervision of the company head.

Mode of Selection: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.

Compensation: Market Based and Negotiable
