CAREER OPPORTUNITY
Department of Health, Govt, of the Punjab has launched reform process in health sector for better health of the people of Punjab. This requires an independent, comprehensive Monitoring & Evaluation system for the smooth functioning of the department to improve the quality of services.  Department requires the services of full time, highly motivated & experienced staff for the Directorate General Monitoring & Evaluation (Health) as per criteria given below for a period of 3 years on contract basis with negotiable market driven salaries:

D rector General M&E (Health)    1    Postgraduate qualification in Health Policy Planning / Public Health / Management Sciences.    •    Minimum 15 years working experience in managing the big health organizations in public or private sector.  •    Experience in MIS/HIS will be an added advantage  •    Ability to express clearly and concisely ideas and concepts in written and oral form.  •    Medical background will be preferred    Maximum 60 years by closing date of application
Director Monitoring    1    Master’s degree in Public  Administration/ MPH/Economics/ Statistics or    • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, preferably in health sector.    Maximum 60 years by closing date of application
equivalent from a recognized university. An academic background relating to M&E and field work will be a plus point    •    Good understanding of government policy framework and health sector issues.  •    Good computer and analytical skills. Must be proficient in MS Office
Director Administration    1    Master’s degree in Social Sciences MPH / MBA (HRM) / Procurement related disciplines    Minimum of 07 years’ experience in management related position, in Public / Private sector    Maximum 60 years by closing date of application
