8. Manager (Administration) ■ (01)

Major Responsibilities:

•    To stipulate the yearly budget for administration department of the company and supervise the petty cash account.

•    To maintain all the record of assets of company (Vehicles, Furniture & fixtures, stationery)

•    To make and manage Inventory System of Head Office and sub offices of Company.

•    To ensure/supervise proper use and maintenance of physical assets of the company, including vehicles, equipment, furniture, and office building.

•    To plan, organize and coordinate activities such as annual functions, presentations, conferences and routine meetings.

•    To organize the visits of foreign delegations including security, procurement of air tickets, boarding and lodging.

•    To organize the visits of the company officers within the country and abroad including arranging of air tickets, boarding and lodging

Qualification: Master degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Public Administration from an HEC recognized university. Foreign qualification will be preferred.

Experience: At least 5-6 years of post-qualification experience in relevant field. (Age Limit Maximum 40 years)

9. Assistant Manager (Administration) • (01)

Major Responsibilities:

•    Maintaining insurance records related to employees and company assets

•    Monitoring surveillance system maintaining inventory stocks.

•    Properly maintaining the files of Admin related records for smooth operations of department

•    Designing and maintaining filing systems

•    Ensure protection and security of files and records

•    Transfer and disposal of files and records according to retention schedules and policies

•    Maintenance of office equipment.

Qualification: Master degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Public Administration from an HEC recognized university. Foreign qualification will be preferred.

Ejperience: At least 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in relevant field. (Age Limit Maximum 35 years)

10. Assistant Manager (Administration-MBS) ■ (01)

Major Responsibilities:

11. Assistant Manager (MIS) • (01)

Major Responsibilities:

•    Responsible for design, develop and evaluate variety of desktop and database applications).

•    Responsible for the development and maintenance of company repotting systems.

•    Performance monitoring, reporting, and tuning of databases).

•    Designing databases) packages) and procedures).

•    Creation and maintenance of queries and routines.

•    Ensure that data warehouse design is scalable and maintainable.

•    Responsible to review and provide technical solutions to projects which may be in different stages of the development life cycle.

•    Create scripts for data integration, data maintenance or bug fixes.

•    Analyze, define and document system requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, interfaces with other systems, auditing, reporting requirements and production configuration.

•    Any other responsibility assigned by higher management

Qualification: Master degree or sixteen (16) years of qualification in the field of Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology Information Systems from an HEC recognized university. Foreign qualification will be preferred. Experience: At least 34 years of post-qualification experience in relevant field. (Age Limit: Maximum 35 years)

12. Assistant Manager (HR) ■ (01)

Major Responsibilities:

•    Assist HR Manager in monitoring and recording the attendance of regular, work charge and labor contractor workers in field and workshop through Android Attendance System.

•    Dealing workets issues related to Android Attendance and salaries

•    Record the Android Attendance according to the designated three shifts and time of workets in field and woiking on special events occurring annually.

•    Supervising the Attendance checkers and computer operators in preparation of android attendance report and for registering the attendance in field through android mobile.

•    Edition, deletion and Updating of worker record as required for Android Attendance system.

•    Managing the attendance according to transfer and posting of workers in Union Councils and designated area in city district Lahore. Qualification: Masters in HRM/MBA (HR Specialization) with Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (Minimum Sixteen (16) years of education from an HEC recognized university. Foreign qualification will be preferred.

Experience: At least 34 years of post-qualification experience in relevant field and must have sound knowledge of IT. (Age Limit Maximum 35 years)

13. Assistant Manager (Landfill Site) ■ (02)

Major Responsibilities:

•    Assist Manager Landfill site for planning, organizing, and supervising the daily operations at the sanitary landfill site and its allied systems

•    Assist Manager Landfill site for supervision of the layout and fill sequences within the landfill, maintaining proper berms, ditches and access roads, and assuring proper covering of solid waste.

•    Assist Manager Landfill site for supervision and scheduling employees who are engaged in activities ranging from laborer duties to the operation and maintenance of various types of complex heavy equipment, wheeled, tracked, and stationary;

•    Administration of contracts for supplies and services to include writing of a proposal, advertising and reviewing bids and ensuring contract is executed in accordance with contract specifications

Qualification: Master degree or equivalent in Environmental Sciences/ Environmental Engineering/ Chemical from an HEC recognized university. Foreign qualification will be preferred.

Experience: At least 34 years of post-qualification experience in relevant field. (Age Limit: Maximum 45 Years)

14. Project Manager (HR • 06 Months) • (01)

Major Responsibilities:

•    Assist the Senior Advisor HR & Organizational Development and help in development of HR Policies and Organizational structure, system and strategies for six cities waste management companies.

•    Assists Project Manager in execution of all HR components of the contract six waste management companies.

•    Support leaders and teams within their assigned divisions with the realization of HR strategies through the need of 6 cities Waste Management Companies

•    Assists in trainings as required to leaders and employees on key HR programs such as performance development and talent management

•    Assists in analyzing the existing JD for various categories for six cities waste management companies.

Qualification: Master Degree in business, human resources or behavioral science is essential from an HEC recognized university. Foreign qualification and Certified PMP will be preferred.

Eiperfcace: At least 5-6 years of post-qualification experience in relevant field. (Age Limit Maximum 35 years)

15. Project Officer (Procurement ■ 04 Months) ■ (01)

Major Responsibilities:

•    Assist in implement policies and develop procedures for procurement activities performed directly by all employees who purchase goods and services;

•    Assist in developing evaluation criteria;

•    Preparation tender advertisement;

•    Assist in preparation of tender document;

•    Financial Bid evaluation;

•    Supplier assessment;

•    Negotiation with suppliers;

•    Preparation of purchase orders/ contracts;

Qualification: 16 years of education in Social Sciences, Law, or similar Degree in Contract Management or a relevant discipline from an

HEC recognized university. Foreign qualification and Certified PMP will be preferred.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Corporate Sector. (Age Limit: Maximum 35 years)
