Sales & Business Development Officer – (Male) (Full Time / Permanents):
Age: 28-40 years with B.Sc or M.Sc (Hons) in agriculture with minimum experience of 5 years.
– Organizes & coordinates all the activities for achieving company objective related to sales in the assigned region as a supervisor for direct sales and by developing an efficient network of dealers.
– Carryout operations ethically & in compliance with law.
– Sales of all MagTech devices / brands as per approved sales plans.
– Develop territory sales officer / representatives professionally through coaching monitoring & training need analysis.
– Monitor distribution, market development & branding functions in the region.
– Remain actively involved with brands section in assessing & developing strategies for improving the brand equity of the products.
– Provided timely feedback on market situation, sales outlook, product pricing, marketing activities.
– Function include developing, presenting, negotiating and closing service level agreements (SLA) and training and developing after-sales support.
– Assuring high level of customer satisfaction as well as service revenue growth.
– Willing to travel in districts of Punjab.
