Core responsibilities include development and execution of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to achieve and maintain top ranking of MTBC website on major search engines.
Work with web designers, developers and content writers to establish SEO strategies and search engine-friendly website development as per current best practices.
Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
Responsible for implementing/improving SEO strategy based upon the Search Engine Algorithm changes.
Manage daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly web analytics and ranking reports.
Conduct keyword analysis, keyword research and keyword bidding across multiple campaigns (PPC, organic search, other platforms etc.).
Develop and execute link building strategy; optimize links for search relevance and implement link building programs/tactics.
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Provide ongoing support of all SEO initiatives including reporting, analysis and optimization recommendations.
Proactively make strategic PPC campaign recommendations and utilize bid management tools and data modeling to maximize its effectiveness.
Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics and optimize click-through and conversion rates.
Monitor clients’ SEO results on an on-going basis and manage projects to ensure continued high rankings.
Minimum bachelor degree in Computer Sciences/Business Administration/Marketing/ Communication.
Minimum of 5 years of search engine optimization experience; candidates with certifications will be preferred.
In-depth experience with SEO tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Netlnsight, Omniture, and WebTrends, etc.).
Must have knowledge of Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing and MSN AdCenter.
Proven track record of achieving top search rankings by optimizing websites, website analytics, keyword research and analysis.
Ability to compile and analyze search data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction.
Experience with Schema Mark-Up.
Excellent Communication and Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
