As DIRECTOR (Complaints)
Pakistan Electric Power Company (Pvt) Limited (PEPCO) requires the services of Ex-Armed Officer retired as Lieutenant Colonel or equivalent for appointment as Director (Complaint) on contract. A pro-active, result oriented Professional with established credibility and performance record, who can take challenging assignments, is required. The candidate should have strong leadership, exceptional inter-personal & Communication skills and have a high drive for achieving management objectives.
a. Job Profile
The candidate shall be responsible for managing complaints received at Federal Complaint Cell (FCC). He has to coordinate with all Corporatized Entities of PEPCO to get complaints resolved within given time limit and also coordinate for managing investigation on complaints, if necessary.
candidate must be upto 55 years.
c. Qualification & Experience
Minimum qualification is Graduation. The candidate should be an ex-Armed Officer and should have versatile experience working in intelligence, Human Resources, complaints handling and Complaints Resolution Mechanism, Administration, Monitoring, Evaluation.
The position is of Basic Pay Scale-19 and other admissible benefits.
e. Place of Posting
The candidate shall be required to serve at Lahore or Islamabad for performing duties.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Initially, above appointment shall be for 01 year contract with possibility of extension subject to satisfactory performance.
