Pakistan Oilfields Limited, A leading Oil & Gas Exploration and Production Company is looking for a result oriented, highly professional & self motivated individual for the following position.
General Manager (Operations):
Qualification & Experience:
– B.Sc. / M.Sc. Petroleum / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering from a reputed Pakistani / Foreign University.
– We are looking for a dynamic individual with over 20 years of experience within the oil & gas industry with a demonstrated and progressive track record of success within career having sound technical and business understanding.
– This is a senior management position and the potential candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Drilling, Reservoir Management, Production, Engineering and Process Plant operations of the company. The candidate must have hands on experience of at least two of the above fields and a thorough understanding of the other functions.
– The candidate should possess strong leadership and project management skills, should be able to determine and review performance against short and long term goals for staff, be able to prepare, monitor and control the budget and possess excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
