Pakistan Red Crescent Society Job Skardu, District Secretary, Admin & Finance Officer
Pakistan Red Crescent in collaboration with German Red Cross (GRC) is launching a Disaster Risk Response (DRR)Climate Change Adaptation and Mountain Resale Project in vicinity areas of Skardu Gilgit Bateman. German Red Cross has a long lame partnership with Pakistan Red Crescent Society and is active in the country as leading implementation partner with PRCS in the field of Primary Health Cart Disaster Management (Relief. recovery, deployment of emergency response units and support to blood donation services). The duration of this project is 03 years (April 2015 -April 2017). In order to implement project efficiently and effectively. PRCS is looking for highly motivated, dynamic and result oriented candidates for following positions based at PRCS District Branch Skardu.
District Secretary (District Branch Skardu – 01 Position):
Qualification: University Degree in Social Sciences.
Experience: Minimum of 07 years of working experience in the field of Climate Change Adaptation. ORR. Livelihood and Capacity &time among Communities is essential. The ideal candidate should have experience in implementing and managing donor funded projects. strong project management skills. wiling to work in remote areas. Ste should be able to work independent; and in learn. Wiry and agreement to adhere to the Red Cross Red Crescent fundamental principles.
District Programme Officer (District Branch Skardu – 01 Position):
Qualification: University Degree in Social Science / Disaster Management.
Experience: Minimum of 05 years of working experience in the DRM, emergency response, volunteer management. relief distribution and coordination among communities and planners. Motivation to walk in remote areas involving extensive traveling. H/She must be capable to work independently as well as a team member. Ability agreement to adhere to the Red Cross Red Crescent Fundamental Principals.
Admin & Finance Officer (District Branch Skardu – 01 Position):
Qualifications: Maser Degree in Commerce / MBA in Finance.
Experience: Minimum d 05 years of experience in Finance / Accounts and Office Administration with competency in managing and reporting of medium size funding , operating accounting software’s and online booking of financial transactions. Arranging funds for project according to plan of action and managing funds reporting so partner organization.
Security Guards (Field Office, Skardu – 02 Positions):
Experience: Minimum of 05-08 years of working experience with security agencies including police department, FC and Pakistan Army, physically strong and ready to work longer time, between agent 25-45 years.
– Experience of working with Movement partners of Red Cross Red Crescent or NGOs.
– Local / Project areas resident.
– Motivated dedicated. Committed and flexible.
– Willing to live and work in extreme weather conditions in remote areas.
– Female are encouraged to apply for al positions except Security Guards.
