The general manager of sales and marketing position is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets. Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail. Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action.
• Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy. Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners. Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.
Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness. Directs product research and development.
Manager Contracts & Dilling
Qualification: /B.E. Civil (Min. 10 Years’ Experience) Diploma Civil ((Min. 15 Years’ Experience)
Job Description: /
• Tendering, Evaluation. Negotiation. Contracting, and Drafting.
• Ensure timely reviewand approval/ reconciliation of Contracts, IPCs, variations etc.
• On all standard and nonstandard contracts, provide redlined recommendations and negotiate.
• Maintain contractual recordsand documentation.
As needed, provide guidance on contractual matters to project managers or other operational staff.
Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy.
May include ‘financial engineering’ and understanding/evaluating economic impact of terms and term options.
Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness,
interpretation to support implementation
Ensure contract close-out, extension or renewal.

Preparing applications for planning and building control departments.
Drawinguptenderdocumentsforcontracts. • Regular site visits to check on quality.
