VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
1 In line with the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa resolve to                    an improved governance, enhanced accountability and efficient service delivery, the 1
establishment oflhe “”Change Management Uml”                has been initiated to trigger, steer and oversee reforms agenda of the Government in the following sectors to
transform public scctor departments as an engine                of growth for the economy.
Applications from highly qualified and motivated individuals are solicited for the following positions, carrying competitive market based salary.

1.    Team Leader    Maximum    1    Rs. 300.000/-    Master Degree in Social Science or Public Administration or Engineering or a
55 Years            related discipline with fifteen years experience in management, administration,
project coordination in the government sector or leading governance related
programs in reputed organizations. Or
PhD degree in Social Science or Public Administration with seven years
experience in the area of management, administration, projects coordination in the
government sector or leading governance related programs for a fairly large
organization.
2.    Education Sector    Maximum    1    Rs. 200.000/-    Master’s degree in Education. Policy, Management. Governance, Public.
Specialist    50 Years            Administration, Social Science or a related discipline with at least 10 years
experience. Relevant experience and progressive professional achievement in
relevant fields may substitute academic, qualification.
3.    Health Sector    Maximum    1    Rs. 200.000/-    MBBS or Master’s degree in Public 1 lealth. Public Administration. Social Science
Specialist    50 Years            or a related discipline with at least 10 years experience. Relevant experience and
progressive professional achievement in relevant fields may substitute academic
qualification.
4.    Institutional    Maximum    1    Rs. 200.000/-    An advanced degree in public administration, public policy, development studies
Restructuring    50 Years            or other comparable field in public or associated sectors will be required with at

achievement in relevant fields may substitute academic qualification.
5.    MIS Specialist    Maximum    1    RS. 200,000′-    An advanced degree in lT/Computer Science/MIS or other comparable field in

(PMP) certified will be an added advantage with at least 10 years experience.

6.    Human    Maximum    1    Rs. 200.000/-    An advanced degree in Social Sciences. Human Resource Management, or other

7.    Accounts    Maximum    1    Rs. 40.000/-    B.Com/M.Com with 05 years experience. Preference will be given to those

8.    Computer    Maximum        Rs. 40.000/-    B.A B.Sc with one year Computer Diploma and 07 years experience in relevant
