A reputed Public Sector Organization requires the services of Qualified, Energetic & Self-motivated candidates on Contract basis for One of tts Projects.

Video Conferencing Manager (1)

16 Year of education in Computer Science/IT/Software Engineering or related field from HEC recognized local or foreign reputed university. Relevant certification will be preferred.

Qualification
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Public or Private Sector in similar capacity, with minimum 4 years hands on experience in various switching /routing/ video conferencing and telepresence devices of Cisco. Huawei. polycom, Tandberg or similar ones. Must be able to lead technical staff for video conferencing, manage the MCU and other equipment installed at the main Hub. responsible for smooth operations of the video conferencing sessions. Responsible to coordinate with service providers for connectivity and hardware related issues, provide technical consultation, support and act as lead contact for all video conferencing operations and maintenance. Executing all aspects of Video Conferencing including call set up. end user trainings, troubleshooting and follows through on escalation of trouble incidents occurring during call. Must be fully equipped with required soft skills and MS Office.

Intermediate preferably ICS. Knowledge of Computer and know how about LAN. WAN. Network Troubleshooting.

Hand-on video conferencing experience will be preferred. He will be responsible for setting up, testing, operations and tearing down of audio visual and video conferencing equipment (video data projection systems, computers, audio and video conference equipment, microphones, video cameras, audio cameras, audio systems, and operation of integrated AV systems). Testing of VC equipment before video conferencing sessions. Troubleshoot, assess and coordinate equipment before video conferencing sessions, troubleshoot, assess and coordinate equipment and systems repair as required, interface with technology vendors for equipment servicing, coordinate installation, troubleshooting and activation of communication lines, interact with staff at Hub for smooth operations of video conferencing sessions, responsible to manage official IT equipment installed at the deputed office. Must be equipped with MS Office.
