Qualification: CA Qualified
Experience: 15 years experience out of which at least 3 years in a CFO role, preferably in FMCG sector. Experience in Manufacturing and S&D environment, and ERP implementation required.
Role: Being part of the CEs strategic team, will conceive, develop and deploy long and short-term strategies in keeping with the Company’s Vision.
Responsibilities:
– To plan, develop and execute short & long-term departmental goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures linked with business plan.
– To provide expertise and bear responsibility for budgetary planning, taxation laws, banking, insurance, financial analysis and other relevant matters.
– To ensure that financial practices of recording revenues and expenses are in-line with all statutory legislations and regulations.

Experience: 12 years experience with at least 3 years as head of function. Hands-on experience and working knowledge of export business and markets globally. Middle East and SAARC experience will be helpful Experienced in appointment and management of importers / distributors and business development activities overseas.
Role: The incumbent will be responsible for opening new markets, developing relationships with Strategic Business Partners and driving international sales and for developing leads for direct and indirect sales. The role also entails recruiting and management of new partners International travel is required for this role.

3. Head of Legal (No of Position: 01 Placement: Head Office | Lahore):
Qualification: LLM / Bar at Law
Experience: 12 years experience preferably in consumer foods and / or pharmaceutical manufacturing, sales and distribution environment. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of corporate law Experience in setting up offices / organizations locally as well as internationally will be preferred.
Role: Strategic role in support of business development by providing quality services in intellectual property rights, corporate legal affairs, prevention of counterfeit products, copyrights, patents, designs and court proceedings in all types of cases.
Responsibilities:
Will be responsible to plan, coordinate and conduct all activities of the Legal Department:
– To ensure that company is in compliance with pertinent national and international laws and regulations.
– To formulate legal opinions and render value added advice to the management.
– To handle matters of national and international regulatory affairs with various Government agencies.

Qualification: CA Qualified
Experience: Minimum 8 – 10 years post qualification experience in manufacturing and S&D environment. ERP environment experience is also required.
Role: The position is responsible for managing the operational finance of the organization.
Responsibilities:
