A non-profit international humanitarian organization is seeking applications from potential candidates for the following position:
Project Manager – Quetta (01 Position)
Required qualifications and experience: Master in social sciences with at least 5 years of experience in implementing and managing livelihood programs particularly vocational trainings and public health. Excellent report writing skills is required. Track record of maintaining liaison with governmental and non-governmental partners. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Fluency in local languages will be an asset.
Major responsibilities include: The Project Manager will be overall responsible for day to day management of project activities as well as the systematic launch of the program. S/he will be actively involved in the overall technical planning, managing, implementation, and monitoring of the project. S/he will work closely both with management and support staff (including finance, administration and program) in the organization to ensure that the activities are implemented according to planned schedule, within budget and meet required quality. S/he will work closely with the project team as well as government counterparts to ensure proper implementation of project activities. S/he will also ensure that all project staff maintain and follow their monthly work-plans and undertake timely data collection and reporting.
