CATTLE MARKET MANAGEMENT COMPANY RAWALPINDI DIVISION

Cattle Market Management Company established by Government of the Punjab under the provision of the Companies Ordinance 1984 is looking for suitable candidates domiciled in Punjab, fulfilling the eligibility criteria for its following positions on contract basis. The contract will be initially for a period of two years extendable on need cum performance basis.
Position    Job Description
1. Manaqinq Director    TORS for Manaqinq Director
Qualification:  •    Candidate should hold MBA (Marketing, finance, HR), MPA. MA / M.Sc from any HEC recognized National or International universities. Preference will be given to the candidates with DVM / M.Phil in Veterinary Sciences, experience and qualification.  Experience:  •    Should have at least 15 years of experience working in public/private sector including 5 years senior management position.  Age Limit:  •    Age limit 50 years.  Competonclos/skills.  •    Strategic planning, analysis and decision making.  •    Planning and organizing.  •    Team leadership and group management, communication including excellent drafting abilities and public relations skills.  SALARY PACKAGE: M-lll  160000-12800-236800    •    The Managing Director shall be overall responsible for implementing the directives and decisions of the Board of Directors in the Company’s management, operations and the fulfillment of its policies/objectives.  •    Leadership, to foster overall institutional and operational quality.  •    Administration of day-to-day activities of the Company.  •    Interaction with the members of the Board of Directors, General Body, Government Departments  etc.  •    Interaction with Local Government authorities and related institutional bodies.  •    Long-range and strategic planning.  •    Other responsibilities as assigned by the Board of Directors.
2. Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Company    TORs of Chief Financial Officer / Companv
Secretary.
Qualification:  •    Chartered Accountant or Cost Management Accountant / Masters in (Commerce, Finance), MBA Finance.  Experience:  •    At least 10 years of experience in financial management in a sizeable public / private organization.  •    Experience in formulating financial strategies and systems / procedures and development.  •    Excellent IT skills.  Ago Limit:  •    Age limit 45 years.  SALARY PACKAGE:  M-IV  130000-10400-192400    Secretary.  •    To. formulate / review financial and accounting policies and procedures with a view to achieve transparency and accountability.  •    To ensure preparation of statutory financial statements and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).  •    To coordinate with the MD for preparation of agendas / working papers for BOD & Committee.  •    To prepare budget and arrange approval from the Committee / Board of Directors etc etc.
General Manaaer Operations    TORs for General Manaaer Operations
Qualification:  •    Incumbent should hold DVM / M. Phil in Veterinary Science or / with MBA. MPA, MA / M. Sc from any HEC recognized National or International University.  Experience:  •    10 years of experience including minimum 3 years in relevant field and 3 years in administration.  Age Limit:  Maximum age limit 45 years  SALARY PACKAGE: M-V  100000-8000-148000    •    Manage multiple services across the organization and provide strategic direction and leadership to various departments of the company.  •    Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of the company.  •    Formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resource.  •    Management of large facilities providing services to the general public.  •    Keeping records of purchasing and administrative services.  •    Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary etc.
3f Internal Auditor  Qualification:  •    CA. ACMA, MBA Finance, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) will be preferred.  Experience:  •    5 years experience in the related field.  Age Limit:  •    Max age limit is 45 years.  Competencies/skills.  •    Understanding of the Companies Ordinance 1984 to handle corporate affairs.  •    Good command on International Standards of Auditing (ISA) and International Accounting Standards (IAS).  •    Knowledge of Security Exchange Commission governing rules and reporting requirements.  •    Knowledge of requirements of internal, management, statutory audits.  •    Should have analytical ability.  •    Capable to design and implement internal controls, standard operating procedures, internal audit manual etc.  SALARY PACKAGE: M-Vf  80000-6400-118400    TORs of Internal Auditor  •    Establish and maintain a quality assurance program to evaluate the effectiveness of internal control on a continuous basis.  •    Ensure that audit activities are conducted in accordance with the policies and procedures set by the Company.  •    Ensure that any change in the corporate policies of the Company is updated in audit policies and procedures mentioned in the Internal audit Program.  •    Examine whether the activities of accounts, finances, human resources, purchase are performed in accordance with the policies and procedures specified by the management of the Company.  •    Review and approve annual plans for the execution of periodic audits to assure conformance with internal auditing standards, departmental policies and audit programs.  •    Review final and interim audit reports and suggest recommendations to improve or correct financial compliance, operational procedures and program results etc.
5.ASSISTANJ (FINANCE): Qualification:  •    Holds B.Com Degree with 2nd Division OR have Bachelor’s Degree in one of these fields: Accounting, Finance, Audit. Economics or Business Administration. Computer competency requiring word-processing. spreadsheet and database software  •    knowledge and experience Experience:  •    At least five years of experience including minimum 3 years in relevant field.  Age limit:  •    Maximum age Limit 35 Years  Salary:  BPS-14 +30% of basic pay as Social Security  Allowance    TORs for ASSISTANT FINANCE  •    Prepare or assist in preparing various financial or administrative reports  •    Support the CFO in recording and retrieving financial details of the company including maintaining financial records, processing payments, cash handling and salaries.  •    Input accounting data into the accounting system with speed and accuracy.  •    Assist in the production of financial statements and applications, preparation of spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as required.  •    Plan, organize and manage own workload to ensure your contribution to the company’s monthly financial reporting process is achieved in a timely and accurate manner.
6. ASSISTANT AUDITOR:    TORs for ASSISTANT AUDITOR:
Qualification:  •    Holds B.Com Degree with 2nd Division OR have Bachelor’s Degree in one of these fields: Accounting, Finance. Audit, Economics or Business Administration. Computer competency requiring word-processing, spreadsheet and database software knowledge and experience.  Experience:  •    At least 2-3 years of experience  •    Maximum age Limit 35 Years  Salary:  BPS-14 +30% of basic pay as Social Security  Allowance    •    Provide significant help and support to senior professionals to review a corporation’s internal controls and procedures  •    Analyze and evaluate the accuracy of accounting systems and procedures  •    Check and inspect the accuracy of accounts receivable and payable ledgers  •    Study and test software and hardware systems of the company  •    Other responsibilities as assigned.
7. STENOGRAPHER: (02 Posts)  • Intermediate with WPM- 80 Shorthand,  WPM 40 Type writing. Experience:  2 Years experience with any Organization or public body.  Age Limit: Maximum 35 years Salary package:  BPS-14 +30% of basic pay as Social Security Allowance    8.
