Roshni Homes Trust Gujranwala is a Welfare Organization striving to provide a home, family and education to the orphans. The Trust is accredited by the Government of Pakistan, Child Rights Convention and affiliated with many International Organizations.
The Trust provides education, shelter and opportunities for moral and spiritual growth of children without parental care in order to make them responsible and productive citizens of the society. To fulfill above mentioned objectives, the Trust requires following staff.
DIRECTOR FUNDRAISING (Based in Lahore)
Provides leadership, vision and strategic direction for the fund raising department. Also, coordinates and manages all income generating activities in order to support Roshni Homes' objectives, operations, programs & services. Plans & manages various activities of fund raising events, such as administration, budgeting & marketing. Identifies and resolves problems that interfere with reaching goals & objectives.
Manages office support staff, fund raising staff, recruits and trains volunteers to assist in fund raising events. Requirements
Master's Degree preferably MBA. Atleast5-8yearsofexperience.
Practical knowledge of volunteer management and experience with international donors/NGOs will be preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Thorough understanding of principles, concepts, and methodology associated with fundraising, and the ability to apply this knowledge in a professional way. Project and time management abilities
ASSISTANT MANAGER CENTRAL OFFICE (Based in Gujranwala)
Manages all function of central office including human resource management, child induction, documentation, communication, coordination with different departments and stakeholders. | Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or a degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social work or MBA
At least 2-3 years of management experience
Good communication skills in English and Urdu & Interpersonal skills.
LIVE-IN CARE TAKERS -Females (Based in Gujranwala)
Managing a 'home' with 5-8 children is a prime responsibility of a Care Taker. This includes all the activities of a typical educated mother of a medium size family, such as character & personality building of children, ensure best educational results, training and counseling and managing home's assets and other resources. Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (Psychology, Social Work or Sociology) At least 2 years of working experience in a child related organization.
The position demands high degree of listening, problem solving, coaching, counseling, organizing skills blended with tolerance and consistency of positive behavior. Good Communication skills in English & Urdu
