    Responsibility:

    I have serve in INSTAPHONE Pakcom ltd (a subsidy of Millicom international) as Sr.Admin Officer and performed following responsibilities.

    Staff claims:

    To keep the record of employee’s expenses claim with the assistance of payroll department. This part of the job also includes the maintaining of the record for end of service benefits and Monthly reimbursement.

    Petty Cash:
    Monthly petty cash of Regional office and Call Center -Lahore

    Medical
    To maintain the coordination between employees and companies’ nominated hospitals and insurance companies and HR.

    House Keeping:
    To supervise the housekeeping staff for proper maintenance of office

    Admin Pool Vehicle:
    To maintain the proper records / logs of company vehicles and for their proper maintenance.

    Attendance:
    To maintain the record of employee’s for their daily attendance.

    Stationary /Printing:
    Arrange stationary and printing material for office staff and marketing Department.

    Travelling & Hotel Reservation:
    Hotel reservation and arrangements of Air tickets and dealing with all relevant vendors for the same

    Official Meeting & Training:
    To manage meeting and training either In-House or outside office premises and
    Also provide all logistic support and food arrangements for participants

    Payable & Procurement:
    I am dealing with procurement & Payable staff to organize the Accounts Payable
    Company, the Job invoice approving the supplier/Contractor’s invoices for the payment after through checque of their correctness. Accounting of these invoices to the proper heads. Processing these invoice through the computer sun system. Then finally arranging the payment as per the due dates. All Electricity /PTCL and Wasa bills. And make the final payment process.

    To run the operation smoothly coordinate and deal with different Govt agencies like LESCO, PTCL, WASA, EOBI, TEPA and PHA
