Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO) is a not-for-profit organization registered under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984 The organization’s core objective is to reduce poverty. It works at grassroots level to strengthen the poor through social mobilization and multiple interventions which will gradually help the marginalized population to move on to sustainable livelihoods.
SRSO invites applications from energetic, well-qualified and experienced individuals for the following Sukkur based positions:
Chief Financial Officer (CFO):
Professional Qualification & Experience: (CA-5 Years, ACMA/ACCA-10 Years. MBA/MS Finance-15 years) hands-on relevant experience of internal control, financial reporting and team building.
Candidates speaking local language will be preferred.
Age: 35 to 50 years (relaxable in special cases).
Proficiency in MS Office suite, good communication skills, fluency in written and spoken English.
– Review, improve and develop financial system ensuring efficient & effective decision making.
– Ensuring all financial reporting.
– Donor coordination in financial matters.
– Develop and maintain annual budget for the organization.
– Conduct & coordinate bottom-up and top-down annual budget meetings.
