TDEA-FAFEN is soliciting applications from qualified candidates for positions with its anticipated Citizen Action for Democratic Governance in Pakistan (CADGP) project. The project will build on the organization’s existing work in areas of electoral, legislative and local governance, strengthening citizens’ oversight, demands and advocacy. The project also seeks to develop greater synergy between organization’s elections and in-between elections work.
Position    Minimum Education and Qualification Requirement
Team Leader (1)    Masters in relevant field with at least 10 years of relevant experience, out of which 3 years at senior management level
Manager – Capacity Building and Organization Development (1)    Masters in relevant field with at least 8 years of relevant experience, out of which 2 years at mid-level management
Program Officers -Trainings (2)    Masters in relevant field with at least 4 years of relevant experience
Manager – Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) (1)    Masters in Social Sciences with at least 8 years of experience in relevant field, out of which 2 years at mid-level management
Program Officers -M&E (2)    Masters in Social Sciences with at least 4 years of experience in relevant field
Program Officer -Data verification (1)    Masters in Social Sciences with at least 4 years of experience in relevant field
Program Officer -Partnership (1)    Masters Degree in Finance, Commerce or Business, ACCA qualified/CA Finalist/Inter trained from a reputable CA firm/with at least 4 years of experience in relevant field
