The Trust for Democratic Education and Accountability (TDEA) is a Pakistan-based Trust that has been working since 2008 to strengthen democratic accountability in the country. TDEA has been awarded a USD 45 Million Contract by United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to implement three-year Strengthening Citizen Voice and Public Accountability (SCVPA) Project. Up to 1,020 grants to community-based organizations, non-governmental organizations, professional and business associations, research institutes, think-tanks and public institutions have been stipulated under the three components of the project i.e. 1) Strengthened Voice 2) Enhanced Capacity 3) Increased Public-Private partnerships. Applications are being invited for the following positions of the Project:

1. Director (Monitoring, Evaluation and Research) Master’s degree in any relevant Social Science discipline Work experience of 10 years with a special focus on Project Development, Monitoring, Evaluation and Research
2. Manager (Grants) ACA/ACCA/AC MA/CPA Work experience of 8 years in Grants Management including grants or sub-contract management and budgeting
3. Manager (Finance) ACA/ACCA/ACMA/CPA Work experience of 8 years in Finance Management
4. Manager (Program Development and Research) Master’s degree in any relevant Social Science discipline Work experience of 8 years in Project Development, Management and Project Implementation
5. Manager (MIS) Master’s degree in Computer Sciences or any other relevant field Work experience of 8 years of Management Information Systems
6. Manager (Monitoring and Evaluation) Master’s degree in any relevant Social Science discipline Work experience of 8 years in Monitoring and Evaluation in the development sector including at least 2 years experience at management level
7. Manager (Communication & External Relations) Master’s degree in Mass Communication/Business Communication or any other relevant field Work experience of 8 years in external communications, advocacy, media relations and publications
8. Network Administrator Master’s degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technology Work experience of 4 years in Network Administration
9. Human Resources Officer Master’s degree in Human Resources Work experience of 4 year in Human Resource Management
10. Administration and Procurement Officer Master’s degree in Business Administration Work experience of 4 year in Administration and Procurement management
11. Receptionist Bachelor’s degree Work experience of 2 years as a Receptionist
Familiarity with any USAID program and experience in the development sector will be an added advantage.
