Career Opportunities:
The Bank of Khyber requires services of Commercial Bankers having professional skills and dynamic personality for the following positions at its Head Office.
Job Title:     Head IT (Peshawar Based):
Experience:     Minimum 10 years in the relevant field (with atleast 3 years at similar position).
Qualification:     MCS, M.Sc Computer Sciences, MBA-IT or equivalent.
Job Responsibilities:     Responsible for the Information Technology infrastructure of the bank which includes the development & maintenance of the banking software and maintains efficient communication links & information system security. Plan and develop an effective Information and Communications Technology strategy for the bank, to support the achievement of its strategic objectives. Head IT would also be responsible for supervising as well as implementation of Core Banking Software.
Job Title:     Head Human Resourcing (Peshawar Based):
Experience:     Minimum 10 years in the relevant field (with atleast 3 years at similar position).
Qualification:     Bachelors/Masters degree from HEC recognized University.
Job Responsibilities:     Head of Resourcing will design and deliver innovative Resourcing strategies to attract high quality candidates and create effective talent pools for present/future business needs. He will be responsible for Implementing and maintaining an effective recruitment system which provides an efficient on-boarding process and accurate Resourcing requirement at head office and branches.
Job Title:     Head Asset Development (Islamic Banking)

(Peshawar Based):
Experience:     Minimum 10 years in the relevant field.
Qualification:     MBA or equivalent from HEC recognized institution. An additional degree in Shariah & Law/ Diploma in Islamic Banking & Finance will be given preference.
Job Responsibilities:     Responsible for developing new/ evaluating existing assets/liability products / product programmes and credit standards in light with Shariah principles. He/She must be aware of the recent developments and trends in the financial industry and its impact/ prospective impact on products/ product programmes.
Job Title:     Head-Investment Banking (Karachi Based):
Experience:     Minimum 10 years in the relevant field.
Qualification:     MBA, M.Sc Economics or equivalent, Preference for CFAs & FRMs.
Job Responsibilities:     Head Investment Banking, with the support and involvement of respective business and support functions, will be responsible for overall management of consortium, project and structured financing services and solutions for corporate clients. He/ she will assume overall responsibility of planning, overseeing, monitoring and reviewing portfolio performance and compliance with policies and regulations.
Job Title:     Deputy Head Treasury (up to VP) (Karachi Based):
Experience:     Minimum 07 years in the relevant field with 02 years at similar position.
Qualification:     M.Sc Economics, MBA, Preference for CFA.
Job Responsibilities:     Assist Head Treasury and Investment in developing and   monitoring bank’s overall investment strategy with respect to Front office activities that’s includes FX/MM/CM & Corporate Desk by defining strategic direction with active involvement of the team entailing market analysis, competitor information and macro economic factors impacting business growth potential. Provide support in development, review and coordinate implementation of Asset and Liability Management. Assist Head Treasury and Investment in expanding the bank’s treasury business through revenue streams. Ensure that the activities of the front office are in compliance with ethical standards, risk management and SBP regulatory parameters.
Job Title:     Head Retail Banking (Peshawar Based):
Experience:     Minimum 10 years in the relevant field.
Qualification:     M.Sc Economics, MBA (Finance/Marketing) or equivalent.
Job Responsibilities:     Head Retail Banking, with the support and involvement of respective business and support functions, will be responsible for strategic business development and relationship management with respect to the retail, asset and liability. He will also assume overall responsibility of planning, overseeing management processes, monitoring, reviewing portfolio performance and compliance with policies and regulations.
Job Title:     Head Financial Institution Division (Karachi Based):
Experience:     Minimum 10 years in the relevant field.
Qualification:     M.Sc Economics, MBA or equivalent.
Job Responsibilities:     Head Financial Institutions, with the support and involvement of respective business and support functions, will be responsible for management of strategic business development with correspondent international and local financial institutions and enhance the global presence of the bank through a network of correspondent banks. Finalise agency agreements/ contracts / Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with Financial Institutions in coordination with Home Remittance function within Operations and Support.
Job Title:     Head-Service Quality (Peshawar Based):
Experience:     Minimum 10 years in the relevant field.
Qualification:     MBA or Masters in the relevant field.
Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the bank-wide service strategy
Develop a dashboard for daily measure on service deliverables across the bank
Conduct Internal & External research on service and propose ways of enhancing service
Ensure a strong customer-centric service culture is entrenched within the bank
Directly manage a core service quality team to deliver, measure, track and execute on the service goals Managing/supervising call centre(s).

Job Title:     Head-Banking Operations (Conventional Banking) (Peshawar Based):
Experience:     Minimum 10 years in the relevant field.
Qualification:     MBA or Masters in relevant field.
Job Responsibilities:     Develop, maintain and implement cost effective, efficient, well controlled operations to ensure best quality services for customers. Ensure continuous improvement in the processes and services while improving on the service quality imparted through branch network. Maintain a close and vigilant eye over branch network and plan necessary expansions as per the requirements. Alleviate the ambiance and standards of branch network at par with the industry. Enhance and maintain Operations function’s productivity through motivation and team play.

Age preferably up to 45 years relaxable in case of candidates having extraordinary track record.

Market based Salary / Grade commensurate with experience and qualification will be offered to the selected person.
