Towershare is a leading independent owner and operator of wireless communications infrastructure in the MENASA region. We are engaged in three primary businesses; 1) Building new towers and leasing to multiple telecom operators,2) Acquiring existing towers and leasing back to multiple telecom operators, and 3) Providing managed services including field maintenance. Assistant Business Manager • Assist in business activities and projects • Analyze business, financial, and operations information for business decision making • Coordinate with and provide support to multiple functions on day-to-day basis • 0-3 Years of Experience
Taxation Manager • Oversee income tax, sales tax and withholding tax compliances • Assist in and advise on tax management • Liaise with provincial and federal tax authorities • 2-5 Years of Post Qualification Experience • Qualified CA
Reporting & Budgeting Manager • Prepare statutory and management accounts • Lead budget and monthly rolling estimates cycle • Assist in audits and control implementation • 2-5 Years of Post Qualification Experience • Qualified CA
Procurement Manager • Develop and implement end-to-end procurement process • Prepare and execute RFPs and RFQs • Develop long-term relations with Vendors • 3-5 Years of Relevant Experience • Telecom experience is preferred
PR & Communication Manager • Prepare and execute communication plan • Liaise with electronic and print media, regulatory authorities, and other external stakeholders • 2-5 Years of Relevant Experience
HR Business Partner • Identify and prepare development plans for employees • Manage complex HR Projects and integrations • Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally • Champion company culture initiatives • 4-7 Years of Relevant Experience • Telecom experience is preferred
Project Manager/ Coordinator • Oversee the Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Maintenance works • Prepare budget and control costs • Coordinate with Vendors, Sub-contractors and Customers • Manage constraints of project management triangle (cost, time and scope & quality) • Education Background Preferably In Telecom Or Construction (Civil) Engineering • Proven Project Management and Technical Experience with Telecom Rollout Or Similar Experience In Construction Projects • PMP / PRINCE II Certification is a plus
IT Manager • Be responsible formaintenanceand management ofcorporate IT hardware and softwa re i nf ra stru ctu re • Be accountable forthequalityoflTservices and take ownershipofthe end-usersupportprocessesandthelTinfrastructuremaintenanceofthe company • Communicate with selected IT vendors for deliveries of service/equipment/material as per agreed SLAs • CCNP Routing and Switching; or Security* with Network* Certification • Experience in Windows and Linux Administrations, MS Office • Min 5 Years” Experience in Senior IT Admin, Min 3 Years in IT helpdesk, and Min 1 Year in VoIP
Senior IT Administrator • Be responsible formaintenanceand management ofcorporatelThardwareand softwareinfrastructure • Be accountable forthequalityoflTservices and take ownershipofthe communication with end -users during management of end -user complaints related to IT infrastructure of the company • Communicate with selected IT vendors for deliveries of service/equipment/material as per agreed SLAs • CCNP Routing and Switching; or Security* with Network* Certification • Experience in Windows and Linux Administrations, MS Office • Min 5 Years’ Experience in Network or IT Admin, Min 3 Years in Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting, and Min 1 Year in VoIP
Structural Engineer • Perform structural analyses of low -to-high complexity on existing communication structures • Design new towers, tower foundations and basic -to-complex modifications to existing towers • Adhere to applicable quality control procedures • Review field inspection reports and recommend remediation requirements on all types of towers • Advance Knowledge of Structural Analysis and CAD Software, Preferably AutoCAD 2012 or Higher. • Advance Knowledge of Tower Structures and Design Methods • Registered with Pakistan Engineering
