The Trust for Democratic Education and Accountability (TDEA) is a Pakistan based trust that has been working since 2008 to strengthen democratic accountability in the country.
TDEA is implementing a five year project funded by united states agency for international development (USAID) awarding grants to community based organizations, non government organizations professional and business associations research institutes think tanks and public institutions.
Applications are being invited for the following position at citizens voice project:

Senior PD&R Officer Master degree in any of the social sciences disciplines, preferably in development studies political sciences sociology or anthropology 6 years of progressive experience in program development and research with focus on citizens voice public accountability and /or governance.
Experience with drafting and editing written programs materials.
Ability and availability to travel nationally as required
Fluency in written and Spoken English And Urdu required
Finance Officer CA inter / ACCA / ACMA Master degree in finance / commerce / business administration 4 years of relevant experience exposure / work experience in the development sector 4 is required. Familiarity with USAID financial management rules and regulations with respect to contracts will be an advantage.
Acquaintance with quick book or other accounting software will be added advantage. Fluency in written and spoken English and Urdu required.
