Sales Trainer – Special Initiatives & Emerging Channels (Job Number: 150009SH):
Key Objectives of the Job:
To Manage operational issues as well as key initiatives such as capability brand and 3G.
– Align the Overall branding strategy of the Capability Team.
– Manage the admin side of Capability Systems such as 3G, Exceller8 And LMS Admin.
– Gatekeeper of Local Capability Budgets
– Compile and circulate team and capability Scorecards to internal and extended teams.
– Lead training interventions specific to emerging channels such as Rural and Cosmetic.
– Streamline other operational issues to ensure smooth operation of the team.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required.
Experience: 1-2 years of sales training/operations experience.

– Deploy activations/launch plans/ micro marketing plans with meticulous detail with rigorous post launch evaluation/monitoring to take corrective action if required.
