1 Vacant I Positions    No Of Positions    Location    Required Qualifications/Experience 1
Program Officer Grants    02    Islamabad    –    Masters, preferably in Social Sciences, from a recognized university  –    Profound understanding of the Development sector of Pakistan  –    AT least 5 years’ experience of working as Program Officer with national/international NGOs  –    Preferred experience of managing small grants  –    Sound analytical & written skills Ability to travel extensively across Pakistan
Program Officer Administration & Human Resources    01    Islamabad    –    Masters, preferably in HR, from a recognized university  –    At least 5 years’ experience of looking after Administrative affairs independently  –    At least 3-5 years’ experience of managing HR functions of small to medium organizations  –    Hands on experience & skills of developing purpose-specific assignments, contracts, agreements etc.
Media & Communication Specialist    01    Islamabad    –    Masters, preferably in Communications, from a recognized university  –    At least 5 years’ relevant experience of looking after Media & Communication portfolios and outreach activities with national/international NGOs & donor organizations  –    Prior relevant experience of working with USAID would be preferred  –    Excellent analytical & communication skills and sound technical understanding of the Media & Communication functions  –    Ability to travel extensively across Pakistan to document and showcase the success stories & case studies
Program Officer  M&E and Documentation    01    Islamabad    –    Masters, preferably in Economics or other Social Sciences, from a recognized university  –    At least 5 years’ relevant experience of undertaking M&E assignments and advanced research & documentation with national/international NGOs  –    Excellent analytical & communication skills and sound technical understanding of the requirements of advanced level documentation/reporting/publications/papers etc.  –    Ability to travel extensively across all over Pakistan to document best practices, lessons learned, impact evaluations etc.
