DISTRICT BRANCH SECRETARY (01 POSITION)

General Preferences:

•    Master in Social Science or MBA preferably in HR and administration.

•    5 years work experience in Development Sector with non-profit Organization.

•    Experience working within the not-for-profit sector/ community-based organizations.

•    Experience in Program Planning, Implementation & Evaluation.

•    Ability to multitask, manage to tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

•    Capable to handle difficult / challenging situations.

•    Professional & Responsible with sensitive and confidential issues.

•    Highly organized with strong administrative skills.

•    Good Command in written and spoken English and Computer Skills.

•    Ability to deal with complex situations. He /She should be capable of managing team work, community programs, emergency response & relief works etc.

•    Capable of dealing staff, volunteers, local authorities, government agencies and Int’l NGOs.

•    Maximum age limit 40 years

DISTRICT PROGRAM OFFICER (01 POSITION)

General Preferences:

•    Master in Social Science or MBA preferably in HR and administration.

•    3 years work experience in Development Sector with Humanitarian Organization

•    Self-motivated, able to work independently without daily supervision.

•    Must have strong organizational and time management skills.

•    Ability to deal with complex situations. He /She should be capable of managing team work, community programs, emergency response & relief works etc.

•    Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity of tasks and able to take initiatives

•    Volunteer Management skills.

•    Good Command in written and spoken English and Computer Skills.

•    Experience in Report Writing, proposals & budgets.

•    Have previous experience working with non-profits and /or youth from various backgrounds

•    Experience working collaboratively with community organizations, schools & youth.

•    Ensure all staff members receive orientation and appropriate training in accordance v/ith organizational standards.

•    Ready to travel and stay out of station any time.

•    Maximum age limit 35 years

ADMIN/FINANACE OFFICER (01 POSITION)

General Preferences:

•    Minimum B.Com or BBA v/ith specialization in Finance from a reputed University/ Institute.

•    At least 3 years work experience in preferably Development Sector.

•    Self-motivated, able to work independently without daily supervision.

•    Must have strong organizational and time management skills.

•    Good Command in written and spoken English and Computer Skills.

•    Ready for frequent travelling if required.

•    Maximum age limit 30 years

FIELD OFFICERS (02 POSITIONS) One Male & One Female

General Preferences:

•    Minimum Graduate or BBA with specialization in Finance from a reputed University/ Institute.

•    At least 4 years work experience in preferably Humanitarian sector.

•    Good Command in written and spoken English and Computer Skills.

•    Experience in Assessments and Report Writing,

Lahore Punjab Resource Management Program PRMP Job, Consultants, Evaluation Officers 23 April

Punjab Resojrce Management Program (PRMP) is a governance and poiicy reform program of tte Government of Punjab end Program Management Unit (PMU), PRMP is working under the administrative doma:n of P&D Department Government of Punjab, Planning and Development Department in collaboration with the World Bank has started ‘”Punjab Public Management Reform (PPMR) Program’ to be funded by World Bank.

RESPONSIBILITIES

(i)    Attain in depth knowledge of program and understand key parameters irteralia, such as D.’sbumnt Unkec Indicators (DLI);

(ii)    Maintain 1′aison and coordination with Implementing Agencies on a regular basis to track the progress of the p-ogram;

(iii)    Monitor and analyse key parameters using M&E tools and recommend corrective actions accordingly;

(iv)    Evaluate each Implenenb’rg Agency’s role and its progress and assist Implementing Agencies and PRMP to take proactive measure to achieve results demanded by International Partners;

(v)    Coordinate with and assist Intematicial Partners in carrying out program related activities;

(vi)    Assist PRMP in organizing third party validation for Program indicators;

(vii)    Develop internal reporting system h coilaboratior with PITB that includes automated dashboards; (vi;i) Rolbt routine reports and summaries for internal stakeholders along with comprehensive analysis; (ix) Coordiration with target departments and weekly reports or the progress cf DLIs on prescribed format;

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

(a)    Master degree in Economics/Statistics or equivalent, from any reputable national/foreign university;

(b)    (Med PMP, from accredited institution;

(c)    Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years in the field of development/ pubiic sector and project management;

(d)    Excellent analytical, coordination and project management skills.
