Asset Management Company Job Karachi, Head Of Compliance
Head of Compliance For Asset Management Company one of the leading Asset Management Companies in Pakistan is actively seeking candidates for the position of Head of Compliance, reporting to the CEO. The Job purpose is to ensure company and its funds under management compliance to NBFC rules and regulations, Funds constitutive documents and Company’s policies and procedures. It would also be required for day to day monitoring of compliance and internal controls of Investment Management & other major compliances in place to mitigate significant risks.
– Establish effective relationships with all levels of management in terms of execution on compliance matters and for the purpose of determining risks associated with the role and functions of the department. To identify key compliance breaches in a timely way for rectification and advises on improvements. Also to design and implement compliance procedures, compliance plan, compliance manual and all other compliance related documents.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
– The candidate should have thorough command over the Pakistan NBFC regulatory framework and operational working, risk and compliance matters associated with investments in equity and fixed income space. AMC Business and Industry knowledge would be an added advantage.
Required Education & Experience:
– The ideal candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant from any reputed Firm with at least 06 years of relevant work experience in Compliance and Internal Audit. Other qualifications can also be considered depending on the relevant experience of the candidate.
– The position is located in Karachi and may require traveling to other cities.
