STAFF REQUIRED

Crescent Model Higher Secondary School and College is an English medium, not-for-profit educational institution. It is equipped with modern facilities for imparting quality education to 4,700 students from class I to X,’0’&’A’Levels & Intermediate; for both Boys & Girls in separate campuses.

The school management is looking for suitable candidates for the following posts:

MANAGER COMMUNICATION & RELATIONSHIP: (MALE & FEMALE)

Manage communication with parents, students’community, employees & Media Relations. Produce newsletters, brochures and other school publications.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Command in communication skills, pleasant personality & good inter-personal skills. Ability to establish & maintain appropriate relationships with internal & external stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE:

Candidate should have a Master’s Degree preferably in Mass Communication with minimum 2 years of experience in similar position.

AGE:

Below 35 years

ALUMNI RELATIONS OFFICER: (MALE & FEMALE)

To manage relationship between the institution & 12000 graduates who are well placed all over the world. Organize alumni events, maintain web page & organize school publications. Keep alumni community informed of the institution.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Must have excellent communication skills, be creative, initiative & independent in carrying out responsibilities.

QUALIFICATION:

Candidate should have a Master’s Degree with 2 years of experience in event management or relevant field. Ability to use latest technology for communication. Crescentarians will be given preference.

AGE:

Below 35 years

CHIEF SAFETY & SECURITY OFFICER:

To secure institution’s physical & digital safety/security. Assist, conduct, investigate, reports on the security related incidents & to seek timely support & guidance for appropriate measures.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

To develop safety & security procedures & ensure compliance. Oversee & coordinate security efforts, identify & implement security initiatives & standards. Develop procedures to ensure physical safety of students, employees & visitors, maintain relationships with local law enforcing & other related agencies.

QUALIFICATION:

Graduate with 5 years of experience in a relevant field. Retired Army personnel of Infantry, Artillery & Armored Corps are encouraged to apply.

AGE:

Below 45 years
