Punjab University BA, BSC Result 2013 Annual Examinations, Datesheet, Schedule
![]() Admission schedule for BA, BSc By Our Staff Reporter LAHORE, Sept 4: The Punjab University has announced admission schedule for BA/BSc annual examinations for 2013 but stated that the examination commencement date will be announced later. Regular candidates can submit their forms with single fee till Oct 3 (by post) and Oct 10 (by hand). With double fee, the admission forms can be submitted till Oct 22 (by post) and Oct 31 (by hand). For private candidates, the admission forms can be submitted with single fee till Oct 15 (by post) and Oct 22 (by hand). With double fee, the forms can be submitted till Nov 5 (by post) and Nov 14 (by hand). TRAINING PROGRAMME: The Government College University's Quality Enhancement Cell is holding a four-day special training programme for university's newly-appointed teachers to hone their teaching methodologies, communication skills, lesson planning and personality development. Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Khaleequr Rahman chaired the opening ceremony of the four-day training, and also trained the participants in using positive body language as an effective tool of communication. Speaking on the occasion, the VC said genuine learning was not possible without interaction and inspiration, and depth of teacher's character was very crucial in this equation. He said it was not only knowledge that made a person good teacher, rather it was his character and ability to impart knowledge, which played a more crucial role. BAN: The Old Ravians Union (ORU) has banned new membersliip for three months from Sept 10 to Dec 10. According to ORU Honorary Secretary Dr Khalid Manzoor, the ban has been imposed in the wake of the union elections. |
