A Leading Manufacturer of Non-Woven Fabric requires for their new plant in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.

• ELECTRONICS MAINTENANCE ENGINEERS: BE Degree with 3-5 years experience in electric maintenance & troubleshooting, systematic replacement of worm lamps, calibration of electronic scales (fibre line), adjust & interpret PLC programmes, replacement & calibration of frequency switches, maintenance of cutting table burners, signals/alarms, engines (AC & DC) etc with extensive knowledge of electronics, pncumatics & hydraulics.

• PRODUCTION LINE OPERATORS (NON-WOVEN + FORKLIFT- FRONT & REAR): 3-5 years experience of front / rear end operations: mixing chambers, fine openers, card, drafters, needle looms, stenter frame, ability to switch needle boards, operate accumulators & scanner (-terminal), tube & foil supply, winders & packing installation, supply of tube / foil storages in dialogue with forklift, take & punch samples in dialogue, understand complete production process (strength relations, specific pull strength, M/D relations etc.)

• FOREMAN NON-WOVEN: 3-5 years experience in production management, operation and control of all machines & accessories, computer skills, handling clcctronic measuring equipment, solid basic knowledge of textiles, quality characteristics & standardization, general carding and needle loom techniques

• GENERAL MAINTENANCE MECHANICS: 3-5 years experience in mechanical maintenance & troubleshooting of machines, lift installations & BTs, work with roller bridge, drive forklift, knowledge of mechanics, electricity, pneumatics & hydraulics, interpretation of technical schemes, extrusion and non woven principles.

• GENERAL MAINTENANCE ELECTRO-MECHANICS:3-5 years experience in electrical / electronics maintenance & troubleshooting, basic knowledge of PLC to detect errors, work with roller bridge, drive forklift, knowledge of pneumatics & hydraulics, mechanics, interpretation of electrical schemes, extrusion and non woven principles.

• PRODUCTION LINE OPERATORS (FIRRES): 3-5 years experience in operations of fibre line, quality adjustment (dTEX, cutting length, master batch), monitoring production line and resolve defects & interferences, adjustment of fibre quality parameters/numbers, regulate fibre line speed, measure & sample lubrication of spin finish, adjust cooling air temperature & flow for spinning plates, adjust lease bar, replace spinning plates, adjust shrink pressure, replace pressure plates, extrusion machine operation

• FOREMAN J TECHNICIANS (ELECTRONICS, MECHANIC AND &ECTR0 MECHANIC): 3-5 years relevant experience with knowledge of pneumatics & hydraulics, mechanics, interpretation of electrical schemes, extrusion and non woven principles.
• SHIFT SUPERVISORS: 3-5 years relevant experience in textile industry producing non woven fabrics.
