STEP 1: APPLICATION FORM
Complete the online application on the website. The application form requires you to provide academic and professional information, extracurricular and volunteer experience, as well as answer several essay questions regarding your background and motivations.

STEP 2: TELEPHONE INTERVIEW
Successful applicants will be invited to participate in a telephone interview with a Teach For Pakistan staff member In some cases, exceptionally promising applicants may be invited to the Assessment Centre without an initial phone interview.
STEP 3: ASSESSMENT DAY
Promising candidates will be invited to attend an in-person assessment day The assessment day consists of a sample teaching lesson, an interview with a selection panel, group activities, and problem solving exercises. Candidates short-listed for Assessment Day will receive pre-reading, information, and pre-work to help prepare them for Assessment Day.
STEP 4: THE OFFER
An offer to become a Teach For Pakistan Fellow will be made to successful applicants Applicants who accept the offer will be enrolled in a full time six week training institute in summer 2015 Teach For Pakistan Fellows will be placed their respective schools in August 2015.
